深い 凍結する breaks 麻薬を吸うs, creates water 危機 across South
JACKSON, 行方不明になる. (AP) - Days of 氷点の 気温s in 深い South areas that usually 凍結する for only hours are 脅すing dozens of water systems as burst 麻薬を吸うs 漏れる millions of gallons of water.
The problems were happening Monday in large, troubled water systems like Jackson, Mississippi, where 居住（者）s were 要求するd over Christmas to boil water months after most lost service because of a cascade of problems from years of poor 維持／整備.
They also are happening in Shreveport, Louisiana, where some 居住（者）s had no water Monday. In Selma, Alabama, the 市長 宣言するd a 明言する／公表する of 緊急 because they city worried it would run out of water. 労働者s at a food bank in Greenville, South Carolina, opened their doors to a 急ぐ of water and were trying to save $1 million in food. Dozens of water systems either had boil （a）忠告の／（n）警報s in place because of low 圧力 or 警告するd of bigger 大災害s if 漏れるs from broken 麻薬を吸うs weren't 設立する and water shut off.
