中国 捜し出すs to 最小限に減らす COVID-19 危険 during travel 急ぐ
BEIJING (AP) - 中国 is 捜し出すing to 最小限に減らす the 可能性 of a major new COVID-19 突発／発生 during this month´s Lunar New Year travel 急ぐ に引き続いて the end of most pandemic 封じ込め（政策） 対策.
The Transportation 省 on Friday called on 旅行者s to 減ずる trips and 集会s, 特に if they 伴う／関わる 年輩の people, 妊娠している women, small children and those with underlying 条件s.
People using public 輸送（する） are also 勧めるd to wear masks and 支払う／賃金 special attention to their health and personal hygiene, 副／悪徳行為 大臣 Xu Chengguang told reporters at a 要点説明.
The call stopped short of asking 国民s to stay home 完全に, as the 政府 had since the pandemic began, although some 地元の 政府s have 勧めるd migrant 労働者s not to return home.
Xu said 当局 推定する／予想する more than 2 billion trips to be made during the weeklong festival season, the most important time for visiting family and friends in the 伝統的な Chinese calendar. That is nearly 二塁打 the number of last year and 70.3% over the same period in 2019 before the pandemic 攻撃する，衝突する, Xu said.

"We encourage people to make travel 計画（する）s based on the 状況／情勢 of themselves and their family members," he said.
中国 突然の ended a strict 政権 of lockdowns, 検疫s and 集まり 実験（する）ing in December まっただ中に growing 関心s about the 経済的な 衝撃 and rare public 抗議するs in a country that 許すs no open political dissent.
On Sunday, 中国 is also ending 義務的な 検疫s for people arriving from abroad.
The 現在の 突発／発生 appears to have spread the fastest in 密集して 居住させるd cities, putting a 緊張する on the health care system. 当局 are now conce rned about the possible spread to smaller towns and 田舎の areas that 欠如（する） 資源s such as ICU beds.

The World Health Organization has also 表明するd 関心 about the 欠如（する） of data from 中国, while the U.S. is 要求するing a 消極的な 実験（する） result for 旅行者s from 中国 within 48 hours of 出発.
中国 has 非難するd the 必要物／必要条件s and 警告するd it could 課す countermeasures against countries using them. Spokespeople have said the 状況／情勢 is under 支配（する）／統制する, and 拒絶する 告訴，告発s of a 欠如（する） of 準備 for 再開するing.
にもかかわらず 関心s, Hong Kong 発表するd it will 再開する some of its 国境 crossings with 本土／大陸 中国 on Sunday and 許す tens of thousands of people to cross every day without 存在 検疫d.
The city´s land and sea 国境 検問所s with the 本土／大陸 have been 大部分は の近くにd for almost three years and the 再開するing is 推定する／予想するd to 供給する a much-needed 上げる to Hong Kong´s 観光旅行，事業 and 小売 部門s.
中国 has also 徐々に opened up to visits by foreign 公式の／役人s, hosting Philippines 大統領 Ferdinand Marcos Jr. this week.
U.S. 国務長官 Antony Blinken is 試験的に 予定 to make his first visit to Beijing in office this month or next, during which he will 会合，会う with newly 任命するd 外務大臣 Qin ギャング（団）, 中国's blunt-speaking former 外交官／大使 to Washington.
