Kenyan LGBTQ 行動主義者's 団体／死体 設立する in metal box; 1 逮捕（する）d
NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) - Kenyan police 調査／捜査するd the death of an LGBTQ 行動主義者 whose 団体／死体 was 設立する stuffed in a metal box as human 権利s groups on Friday decried the 殺人，大当り and police 発表するd one 逮捕（する）.
Edwin Chiloba's 団体／死体 was 設立する Wednesday on a road in Uasin Gishu 郡, in the west of the country.
Police say a motorcycle taxi 操作者 報告（する）／憶測d seeing the box 存在 捨てるd by a 乗り物 with no license plates. The rider 報告（する）／憶測d it to police officers who were operating a nearby roadblock.
Officers who opened the box 設立する the 分解するing 団体／死体 of a man they 述べるd as wearing women's 着せる／賦与するs. The 団体／死体 was identified as Chiloba's and was taken to the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital to 設立する the 原因（となる） of death.
The 動機 wasn't yet known, police spokesperson Resila Onyango said.
"We don´t know for now why he was killed that way. 専門家s are 扱うing the 事柄," she said.

Uasin Gichu 郡 犯罪の 調査s boss Peter Kimulwo told 新聞記者／雑誌記者s Friday that one person was 逮捕（する）d after neighbors 報告（する）／憶測d seeing him and two others move a metal box from Chiloba's house.
Neighbors said that the 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う, Jacktone Odhiambo, a photographer based in the 資本／首都, Nairobi, spent New Year's Day with Chiloba and that they heard commotion and crying, Kimulwo said. Chiloba was not seen again by his neighbors after that night.
Neighbors were curious about a foul smell coming from Chiloba's house, and Odhiambo told them it was from a dead ネズミ, Kimulwo said.

Chiloba has in the past been attacked and 強襲，強姦d for his activism, his friend Denis Nzioka tweeted Thursday.

Chiloba, who w as a fashion designer, was eulogized by 地元の 行動主義者 Njeri Migwi, who said that "he 具体的に表現するd fashion."
The calls for 司法（官） have spread outside Kenya as Ghanaian human 権利s organization Rightify called on 大統領 William Ruto to "確実にする the 保護 and 昇進／宣伝 of human 権利s of 性の and gender 少数，小数派s."
LGBTQ people living in Kenya have often decried 差別 and attacks in a country where sex between men is 違法な. Kenya is 大部分は a 保守的な society, and the 大統領，／社長 has in past said that gay 権利s are a nonissue in the country.
