'Happening way too often': 報告（する）／憶測 delves into 集まり attacks
WASHINGTON (AP) - As the nation reels from a week of high-profile 狙撃s, a new 報告（する）／憶測 on 集まり attacks calls for communities to 介入する 早期に when they see 警告 調印するs of 暴力／激しさ, encourages 商売／仕事s to consider workplace 暴力／激しさ 予防 計画（する）s and 最高潮の場面s the 関係 between 国内の 暴力／激しさ, misogyny and 集まり attacks.
The 報告（する）／憶測 解放（する）d Wednesday by the U.S. Secret Service's 国家の 脅し 査定／評価 中心 分析するd 173 集まり attacks carried out over a five-year period from January 2016 to December 2020 in public or 半分-public places such as 商売／仕事s, schools or churches.
It was 解放（する）d as the U.S. experienced a 特に deadly start to the new year that has left 39 people dead in six 集まり 殺人，大当りs, 含むing one this week in Monterey Park, California, that left 11 people dead at a dance hall as they welcomed in the Lunar New Year.
"It´s just happening way too often," said Lina Alathari, the 中心's director, during a news 会議／協議会 ahead of the 報告（する）／憶測's 解放（する）. Alathari said that while the 中心 had not 特に 熟考する／考慮するd the 狙撃s that took place this week, there are 主題s seen "over and over again" when 分析するing 集まり attacks.
The 報告（する）／憶測 is the 最新の in a series undertaken by the 中心 to look at the problem of 集まり attacks. While previous 報告（する）／憶測s 診察するd the 明確な／細部 years of 2017, 2018 and 2019, the new 報告（する）／憶測 公式文書，認めるd that it 分析するd 多重の years of data and gives more "in-depth 分析 of the thinking and 行為 of 集まり 攻撃者s."
The 中心 defines a 集まり attack as one in which three or more people - not 含むing the 攻撃者 - were 害（を与える）d. Almost all the attacks were carried out by one person, 96% of 攻撃者s were men and the 攻撃者s 範囲d in age from 14 to 87.

The 報告（する）／憶測 公式文書，認めるd that nearly two-thirds of 攻撃者s 展示（する）d 行為s or communications "that were so 関心ing, they should have been met with an 即座の 返答." It said these 関心s were often 株d with 法律 施行, 雇用者s, school staff or parents. But in one-fifth of the 事例／患者s, the 関心ing 行為 wasn't relayed to anyone "in a position to 答える／応じる, 論証するing a continued need to 促進する and 容易にする bystander 報告（する）／憶測ing."
The 報告（する）／憶測 also called for greater attention toward 国内の 暴力／激しさ and misogyny, 公式文書，認めるing that nearly half of the 攻撃者s 熟考する／考慮するd had a history of 国内の 暴力／激しさ, misogynistic 行為 or both.
"Though not all who 所有する misogynistic 見解（をとる）s are violent, viewpoints that 述べる women as the enemy or call for 暴力／激しさ against women remain a 原因（となる） for 関心," the 報告（する）／憶測 said.
About half the attacks in the 熟考する／考慮する 伴う／関わるd a 商売／仕事 場所, and 攻撃者s often had a 事前の 関係 with the 商売／仕事, as an 従業員, a 顧客 or a former 雇用者. The 報告（する）／憶測 also 公式文書，認めるd the 役割 that grievances like workplace 論争s or 反目，不和s with neighbors played in 集まり attacks.
