Officers 正当化するd in 狙撃 at man 近づく hospital
Two Boston police officers who opened 解雇する／砲火／射撃 on a man who had what appeared to be a real gun 近づく a city hospital three years ago, and who was later 発射 and killed by police に引き続いて a car chase, were 正当化するd in their use of 軍隊 and should not 直面する 犯罪の 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s, によれば the results of an 調査 解放（する）d Monday.

"Accordingly, it is not appropriate to 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 and the 調査 should be の近くにd without 起訴."
Hayden said he has reviewed the 報告（する）／憶測 and agrees with it.

The chain of events that led to the death of Juston Root, 41, started just after 9 a.m. Feb. 7, 2020, when police received a 911 call about man with a gun 近づく Brigham and Women's Hospital.
Officers David Godin and Michael St. Peter 答える／応じるd and 解雇する／砲火／射撃d several 発射s at Root after he pointed what turned out to be a replica firearm at Godin, によれば the 調査.

One of the 発射s appeared to 攻撃する，衝突する Root, who then limped to a car and drove from the area, によれば the 報告（する）／憶測. One of the 発射s 解雇する／砲火／射撃d by the officers struck a hospital valet, but he 生き残るd.
Root led police on a 3-mile (5-キロメーター) chase to Brookline, where he 衝突，墜落d his car 近づく a shopping 中心 and was 発射 to death by six officers, 捜査官／調査官s said.
The Norfolk 検察官´s office in a separate 報告（する）／憶測 解放（する）d in March 2020 said those members of 法律 施行 were 正当化するd because Root did not show his 手渡すs and get on the ground as ordered and moved his 手渡すs inside his jacket in a manner "一貫した with reaching for a handgun." The gun turned out to be a BB ピストル.
Boston is in Suffolk 郡 and Brookline is in Norfolk 郡.
Root's family said in a 声明 Monday that they 同意しないd with the 決定／判定勝ち（する） in the 報告（する）／憶測 and 繰り返し言うd their call for an 独立した・無所属 調査 by the 明言する／公表する 弁護士／代理人／検事 general's office.
"There are 未解決の 訴訟／進行s in the 法廷，裁判所 and they 推定する／予想する that when all the facts are 現在のd, the public will know everything that occurred and that those 責任がある 殺人，大当り Juston will be held accountable," the family said.
