Dutch 控訴，上告s 法廷，裁判所 禁じるs 国境 police 民族の profiling
THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) - An 控訴，上告s 法廷，裁判所 on Tuesday 禁じるd the Netherlands' 軍の police from using racial profiling as a way of selecting people for 身元 checks at 国境s, 場内取引員／株価 a victory for two 国民s and 権利s groups who 告訴するd the 政府.
The Hague 法廷，裁判所 of 控訴，上告 overturned a 2021 判決，裁定 that said ethnicity could be one of the 基準 for 選び出す／独身ing out 乗客s, but not the only one. The checks are carried out at airports and on trains and buses from European Union 目的地s to 妨げる people 不法に coming and staying in the Netherlands.
The 控訴，上告 法廷，裁判所 said in a 声明 that it 設立する that the police, called the Marechaussee, "makes a distinction on the basis of race. Given the serious consequences of 差別 on grounds of race, such 差別 should only be made if there are 特に 説得力のある 推論する／理由s. The 明言する／公表する has not 論証するd such 説得力のある 推論する／理由s."
The 法廷，裁判所 said it "therefore 禁じるs the 明言する／公表する from making 選択 決定／判定勝ち（する）s that are (partly) based on race" during 国境 checks.
The 事例／患者 was brought by two 国民s who argued that they were 選び出す／独身d out for checks by officers from the country´s Marechaussee police 軍隊 because of the color of their 肌.
One of the 原告／提訴人s, Mpanzu Bamenga, a city 議員 from Eindhoven who was born in Congo, said after the 初めの 判決，裁定 in 2021, every time he returned to "my country, the Netherlands, I´m 存在 stopped because of my ethnicity."

On Tuesday, he was jubilant at the 法廷，裁判所's 判決，裁定.
"This is 差別, it´s 民族の profiling," he said in a telephone interview. And it´s so wonderful to see that the higher 法廷，裁判所s 基本的に 認める it. And for me, as a human 存在, it´s so good to see that 司法（官） has 勝つ／広く一帯に広がるd."
The Marechaussee said after the 2021 法廷，裁判所 事例／患者 that it would change the way it 作品 at 国境 checks, but the 控訴，上告s 法廷，裁判所 said it saw "no or only 限られた／立憲的な change in working method."
Marechaussee 広報担当者 Maj. Robert 先頭 Kapel said the organization would carefully 熟考する／考慮する the 判決，裁定 "and see what its consequences are for now."
The organization has the 選択 to 控訴，上告 the 判決，裁定 to the 最高裁判所.
Dionne Abdoelhafiezkhan of the Dutch 権利s group 支配（する）／統制する Alt 削除する said the 法廷，裁判所 判決，裁定 "also makes it （疑いを）晴らす that someone´s 外見 and color say nothing about someone´s 国籍. That´s an important 是正 to the 法廷，裁判所´s earlier 判決，裁定 that shocked many people of color and made us feel like second-class 国民s."
