NEW YORK (AP) - Tesla 労働者s at a factory in New York are 開始する，打ち上げるing a （選挙などの）運動をする to 組織する a union in New York.
In a letter to 管理／経営 Tuesday, the Tesla 労働者s 部隊d 組織するing 委員会 said that the 従業員s are 捜し出すing a 発言する／表明する on the 職業 at the 工場／植物 in Buffalo and want to "build an even more collaborative 環境 that will 強化する the company."
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has taken a hard line against 組織するd labor, にもかかわらず an 招待 to the 部隊d 自動車 労働者s union to 持つ／拘留する an 組織するing 投票（する） at Tesla´s factory in Fremont, California. In 2021 Tesla was ordered by the 国家の Labor Relations Board to make Musk 削除する a 2018 tweet in which it said that he unlawfully 脅すd 従業員s with loss of 在庫／株 選択s if they chose to be 代表するd by the UAW.
The tweet had said: ""Nothing stopping Tesla team at our car 工場／植物 from 投票（する）ing union. Could do so tmrw if they 手配中の，お尋ね者. But why 支払う／賃金 union 予定s and give up 在庫／株 選択s for nothing? Our safety 記録，記録的な／記録する is 2X better than when 工場／植物 was UAW & everybody already gets healthcare."
In August 2022 the 国家の Labor Relations Board 逆転するd a Trump-時代 決定／判定勝ち（する） by finding that Tesla can´t stop factory 従業員s from wearing 着せる／賦与するing with union insignia while on the 職業. Tesla labor 組織者s wrote Tuesday that they are 捜し出すing a union as innovative as the electric car company.

"We believe that by having a union at Tesla, we will その上の the 使節団 of sustainability and foster a 進歩／革新的な 環境 for us all," the letter said.
It went on to say, in a story first 報告（する）／憶測d by Bloomberg, that the union would その上の Tesla´s 原則s and 客観的なs, 含むing by helping to serve as the 良心 of the organization.
If successful, it would be the first union at the electric 乗り物 製造者.
The Tesla 工場／植物, which makes solar パネル盤s and other renewable energy 科学（工学）技術, is not far away from a Starbucks 場所 where 労働者s 投票（する）d to unionize last year.
