Actors strike at California 中世-主題d dinner theater
BUENA PARK, Calif. (AP) - From queens to knights, actors at a Southern California 中世-主題d dinner theater have left the 城.
The Orange 郡 登録（する） 報告（する）／憶測s Tuesday about 50 performers and stable 手渡すs have gone on strike at 中世 Times about 30 miles (48 キロメーターs) southeast of Los Angeles in Buena Park, California.
The dinner theater - where audience members feast on chicken with their 手渡すs while watching jousts in a （犯罪の）一味 - has been 飛行機で行くing in actors from its other 場所s to cover staffing gaps, said Erin Zapcic, who plays a queen at the theater and is の中で those walking off the 職業 since Saturday.
The actors, who are part of the American Guild of Variety Artists, said the company has 封鎖するd 成果／努力s to raise 給料 and 改善する safety. Julia McCurdie, who also plays a queen, said actors have been 負傷させるd on the 職業.
"I´ve seen a lot of knights get carried away in an 救急車," McCurdie said. "These people could go work at In-N-Out and make $25 without 傷つけるing their 団体／死体s."
Daniel J. Sobol, the company's lawyer, told the newspaper there were only two 会合s with the union before its members went on strike and that the show will go on.
