BERLIN (AP) - （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 Olaf Scholz on Monday 表明するd pride that the German antiwar movie "All 静かな on the Western 前線" won four Oscars 含むing best international film.
"Congratulations on four Oscars!" Scholz tweeted.
"It is a 抱擁する success for the German film, one can be rightly proud of it," the German （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 追加するd. "特に in these difficult times, it shows unmistakably how terrible and 非人道的な war is."
The Netflix film starring Austrian actor Felix Kammerer, which was directed and co-written by Edward Berger, also won for cinematography, 生産／産物 design and 初めの 得点する／非難する／２０ Sunday night.

The film is based on the classic 1929 novel of the same 指名する by Erich Maria Remarque. 始める，決める during World War I, it follows the life of a young German 兵士 who enlists in the army with his friends. But the realities of war 粉々にする his hopes of becoming a hero and he 焦点（を合わせる）s on his own 生き残り.

The German film shows the horrors of war from the unique 視野 of the nation that 誘発する／引き起こすd and lost two world wars.
It has an eerie timeliness as young European men are again 殺人，大当り each other in ざん壕s after ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin's army 侵略するd ウクライナ共和国 last year.
