MADRID (AP) - Spanish サッカー was 激しく揺するd last month when it became public that Barcelona has paid millions of euros to かもしれない 利益 from 審判（をする）ing 決定／判定勝ち（する）s for more than a １０年間.
Barcelona was 支払う／賃金ing a company that belonged to the 副／悪徳行為 大統領，／社長 of the country´s 審判（をする）ing 委員会.
The club has 否定するd 悪事を働くこと but is 存在 広範囲にわたって 非難するd across Spain, and 検察官，検事s on Friday 正式に （刑事）被告 the club of 汚職.
Here´s a look at the 最新の スキャンダル 伴う／関わるing Barcelona, which surfaced as the club is still trying to 回復する from one of its worse 財政上の crises and the 出発 of Lionel Messi.
WHAT HAPPENED?
検察官，検事s say Barcelona paid as much as 7.3 million euros ($7.7 million) from 2001-18 to the company of 委員会 副／悪徳行為 大統領，／社長 Jos? 損なう?a Enr?quez Negreira in 量s "not 正当化するd because they were not foreseen in the 法令s of the club nor 認可するd by its general 議会 (of club members)."

The 支払い（額）s were 恐らく made in 交流 for technical 報告（する）／憶測s on 審判（をする）s and 青年 players, though 明らかに in 量s above market prices.
Getting 報告（する）／憶測s on 審判（をする）s is ありふれた practice and clubs can 支払う／賃金 other companies or have them 用意が出来ている internally, as Barcelona now does. But giving large 量s of money to the company of a person 伴う／関わるd in the running of Spain´s 審判（をする）s for the 報告（する）／憶測s is not a normal practice.
The 支払い（額）s were 調査（する）d as part of a 税金 調査 into the company of Enr?quez Negreira, a former 審判（をする） who was on the Spanish Football 連合 審判（をする）ing 委員会 from 1994-2018, when the 支払い（額）s stopped. The 委員会 is in 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金, の中で other things, of choosing 審判（をする）s for each match.
There is so far no 証拠 that 審判（をする）s or game results were 現実に 影響（力）d during the period in which Barcelona made the 支払い（額）s.
FORMAL ACCUSATION
検察官，検事s （刑事）被告 Barcelona of 申し立てられた／疑わしい 汚職 in sports, fraudulent 管理／経営, and falsification of 商業の documentation.
The 告訴，告発s are against Barcelona itself, Enr?quez Negreira, former Barcelona 大統領，／社長s Sandro Rosell and Josep Maria Bartomeu, and former Barcelona (n)役員／(a)執行力のあるs ?scar Grau and Albert Soler.
検察官，検事s said there was enough 証拠 to believe that Rosell and Bartomeu, who ran Barcelona in 連続した 条件 from 2010-20, "reached a confidential, 言葉の 協定" with Enr?quez Negreira, who, "in 交流 for money, was to carry out 行為／法令／行動するs tending to 好意 Barcelona Football Club in the 決定／判定勝ち（する）-making 過程 of 審判（をする）s in the games played by Barcelona, and in the results of the 競争s."
Barcelona paid Enr?quez Negreira´s company during different club 大統領，／社長s, 含むing from 2003-10 under the first 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 of 現在の 大統領，／社長 Joan Laporta, who again took 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 in 2021. Laporta, however, is not 存在 （刑事）被告 by the 検察官，検事s and has 否定するd any 悪事を働くこと. WHAT BARCELONA SAYS
The club has 否定するd 悪事を働くこと or 衝突 of 利益／興味. It has 定評のある the 正規の／正選手 支払い（額）s to Enr?quez Negreira´s company but said they were for only technical 報告（する）／憶測s, not to try to 影響（力） 審判（をする）ing 決定／判定勝ち（する）s.
Barcelona has yet to fully explain its 関係 with Enr?quez Negreira. The club said it 雇うd an 独立した・無所属 会社／堅い to carry out its own 調査 and is 推定する／予想するd to give a more 詳細（に述べる）d account of what happened when that is 結論するd.
大統領 Laporta said, "妨げる／法廷，弁護士業?a is innocent of the 告訴，告発s made against it and is the 犠牲者 of a （選挙などの）運動をする, that now 伴う／関わるs everyone, to 害（を与える） its honorability."
Enr?quez Negreira told Cadena SER 無線で通信する he never 好意d Barcelona while 割り当てるing 審判（をする）s to matches, and his 職業 was to only 援助（する） the club 口頭で about how players should 行為／行う themselves before each 審判（をする）.
Bartomeu also 否定するd 悪事を働くこと and told ABC newspaper Enr?quez Ne greira had "無 力／強力にする over 審判（をする）s."
Barcelona coach Xavi said the 事柄 was not 影響する／感情ing his players. The team was 除去するd from the Europa League but remained in the 準決勝 of the Copa del Rey and in the lead of the Spanish league.
THE ACCUSERS
The Spanish league, the country´s サッカー 連合 and most clubs 表明するd their 関心 and 意図 to take 活動／戦闘 against Barcelona. They said the 事柄 was 損失ing the 評判 of Spanish サッカー and sports in general.
Spanish league 大統領，／社長 Javier Tebas said Laporta should 辞職する if he can´t 適切に explain the 支払い（額）s.
"I think this is the worst moment in Spanish サッカー," Tebas told Movistar on Monday. "It's embarrassing that we still don't have a 納得させるing explanation by Barcelona."
Madrid called for an 緊急の board 会合 on Sunday and 表明するd its "最大の 関心 regarding the gravity of the facts" 伴う／関わるing Barcelona. It said it would 味方する against the 競争相手 in the 合法的な 訴訟／進行 to defend its "合法的 権利s" as an "影響する／感情d party" in the 事柄.
