Calls 開始する for Taliban to 解放する/自由な girls' education 行動主義者

ISLAMABAD (AP) - Calls 機動力のある Wednesday for the Taliban to 解放する/自由な a girls' education 行動主義者 逮捕(する)d earlier this week in Kabul, as a 大臣 in the Taliban-led 政府 defended the 拘留,拘置.

Matiullah Wesa, 創立者 and 大統領,/社長 of Pen Path - a 地元の nongovernmental group that travels across Afghanistan with a 動きやすい school and library - was 逮捕(する)d in the Afghan 資本/首都 on Monday.

Since their 引き継ぎ/買収 of Afghanistan, the Taliban have 課すd 制限s on women´s and 少数,小数派 権利s. Girls are 閉めだした from school beyond the sixth grade and last year, the Taliban banned women from going to universities.

Wesa has been outspoken in his 需要・要求するs for girls to have the 権利 to go to school and learn, and has 繰り返して called on the Taliban-led 政府 to 逆転する its 禁止(する)s. Former Afghan 大統領 Hamid Karzai said he was saddened to hear of Wesa's 逮捕(する).

地元の 報告(する)/憶測s said Taliban 安全 軍隊s 拘留するd Wesa after his return from a trip to Europe. The Taliban 当局 have not 確認するd his 拘留,拘置, どの辺に or 推論する/理由s for the 逮捕(する).

Abdul Haq Humad, the director of 出版(物)s at the 省 of (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) and Culture, defended the 拘留,拘置.

"His 活動/戦闘s were 怪しげな and the system has the 権利 to ask such people for an explanation," he said Tuesday in a tweet. "It is known that the 逮捕(する) of an individual 原因(となる)d such 普及した reaction that a 共謀 was 妨げるd."

Wesa's brother, Attaullah Wesa, said Taliban 軍隊s surro unded the family home on Tuesday, (警官の)巡回区域,受持ち区域 family members and 押収するd Matiullah´s 動きやすい phone.

Social マスコミ 行動主義者s have created a hashtag to (選挙などの)運動をする for Matiullah Wesa´s 解放(する). Many 地位,任命するs 非難するd his 拘留,拘置 and 需要・要求するd 即座の freedom for the 行動主義者.

Wesa and others from the Pen Path 開始する,打ち上げるd a door-to-door (選挙などの)運動をする to 促進する girls´ education. "We have been volunteering for 14 years to reach people and 伝える the message for girls´ education," Wesa said in 最近の social マスコミ 地位,任命するs. "During the past 18 months we (選挙などの)運動をするd house-to-house ーするために 除去する illiteracy and to end all our 悲惨s."
