Sri Lanka 削除するs 燃料 prices in welcome 救済 まっただ中に 危機
COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (AP) - Sri Lanka´s 政府 on Wednesday 発表するd 重要な 削減（する）s in 燃料 prices, 供給するing welcome 救済 for many after a year of 不足s and 急上昇するing prices まっただ中に the country´s worst 経済的な 危機.
大臣 of 力／強力にする and Energy Kanchana Wijesekara told reporters different 部類s of 石油 and ディーゼル will be sold at prices from 8% to 26% lower starting Wednesday midnight. He said the price 削減 is in line with an 協定 with the International 通貨の 基金, which 含むs adjusting 燃料 補助金s and prices based on 生産／産物 costs and 全世界の oil prices.
Sri Lanka earlier this month 安全な・保証するd 是認 of a $2.9 billion 国際通貨基金 bailout program a 重要な step in its 回復 from a 危機 brought on by the pandemic and other troubles. Last year, 厳しい 不足s of food, 薬／医学 and 燃料 led to street 抗議するs that 軍隊d then-大統領 Gotabaya Rajapaksa to 逃げる the country and 辞職する.

The unions are 抗議するing a 計画（する） to partiall y 民営化する 政府-owned Ceylon 石油 Corp., which now only 直面するs 競争 from Indian Oil Corp. as 競争.

Wijesekara said even though the strike had 原因（となる）d some disruptions, the 軍の was helping to 確実にする normal 操作／手術s. The 政府 計画（する）s to get out of 商売／仕事 and 民営化する 重要な 半分-明言する／公表する-owned companies to raise 歳入 to build its reserves and 再開する 支払い（額）s of foreign 負債.
Some 対立 政党s and 貿易（する） unions …に反対する the idea, 競うing that selling off 明言する／公表する 資源s might 妥協 国家の 利益／興味s.
Last year, Sri Lanka 一時停止するd 返済 of about $7 billion of its foreign 負債 that was 予定 in 2022. Sri Lanka's creditors have agreed to 再編する its 負債, in 新規加入 to the 国際通貨基金 bailout.
大統領 Ranil Wickremesinghe has said that giving up the 国際通貨基金 program would 強要する cash-strapped Sri Lanka to 返す $6 billion-$7 billion a year until 2029.
