Russia says 最高の，を越す UN 法廷，裁判所 should 解任する ウクライナ共和国's 事例／患者 over Crimea and テロ行為 基金ing
THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) - Russia 勧めるd 裁判官s at the 国際連合' highest 法廷，裁判所 on Thursday to throw out a 事例／患者 brought by ウクライナ共和国 against Moscow over the 2014 併合 of the Crimean 半島 and the arming of 反逆者／反逆するs in eastern ウクライナ共和国 before Russia´s 十分な-規模 侵略 in February 2022.
"We appear before you today ーするために 論証する that ウクライナ共和国´s 使用／適用 must be 解任するd because it is without any 合法的な 創立／基礎. Nor does it have any factual 証拠 to 支援する it," ロシアの 外交官／大使 to the Netherlands Alexander Shulgin told 裁判官s at the International 法廷，裁判所 of 司法（官）.
Shulgin also used the 審理，公聴会 to 告発する／非難する ウクライナ共和国 of 責任／義務 for the 破壊 of the Kakhovka dam. ウクライナ共和国 （刑事）被告 Russia of blowing up the 施設, which Moscow´s 軍隊s controlled, while Russia said ウクライナ共和国 砲撃するd it.

Lawyers for ウクライナ共和国 said as 審理，公聴会s in the 事例／患者 opened Tuesday that Russia bankrolled a "（選挙などの）運動をする of 脅迫 and terror" by 反逆者／反逆するs in eastern ウクライナ共和国 starting in 2014 and sought to 取って代わる Crimea´s multiethnic community with "差別的な ロシアの 国家主義."

The Ukrainian 政府 主張するs that Russia 違反d two 条約s: the International 条約 for the 鎮圧 of the 財政／金融ing of テロ行為 and the International 条約 on the 排除／予選 of All Forms of Racial 差別.

"There was no ロシアの Buk. No Buk （機の）カム from Russia. No 乗組員 for a Buk （機の）カム from Russia," Swainston said, calling 証拠 that the Dutch 法廷，裁判所 relied on in its 判決s "unsourced 数字表示式の nonsense."
Another member of the ロシアの 合法的な team, Kirill Udovichenko, told the 法廷，裁判所 that it was "undisputed" that the 衝突 in ウクライナ共和国 had "led to a loss of 非軍事の life. However, 非，不，無 of these 悲劇の events create a plausible 事例／患者 for テロ行為 or テロ行為 財政／金融ing" as defined in the 条約.
