（死）刑の執行猶予（をする） for thousands of Zimbabweans in South Africa as their 合法的な stay is 延長するd
JOHANNESBURG (AP) - Tens of thousands of Zimbabwean 国家のs working in South Africa who were 直面するing 国外追放 when their work 許すs 満了する／死ぬ at the end of June have been given a 一時的な （死）刑の執行猶予（をする） after South African 当局 延長するd the 最終期限 on Thursday.
About 178,000 支えるもの／所有者s of the Zimbabwean 控除 許す, an 移民／移住 許す 問題／発行するd in 2010 to Zimbabweans who had migrated to South Africa, now have until the end of December this year to 適用する for other ビザs and 権利放棄s to continue working in the country.
Many Zimbabweans, some undocumented, are living in South Africa, with a 重要な influx 記録，記録的な／記録するd に引き続いて the 2008 political and 経済的な 激変 in Zimbabwe that resulted in many 逃げるing to their southern African neighbor.
Many 直面するd 国外追放 as they have struggled to 得る work ビザs 予定 to a combination of factors 含むing glitches in the online 使用／適用 system, 行政の 延期するs and backlogs in the 問題／発行するing of all ビザs, and the 除去 of some of their 占領／職業s from the country's 不十分な 技術s 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）.
Zimbabwe continues to 直面する 経済的な 争い that has led to rising 失業, higher food prices and a 崩壊するing 通貨.
発表するing the 決定／判定勝ち（する）, 自治大臣 Aaron Motsoaledi said the department has been receiving between 1,000 and 1,500 daily 使用／適用s for ビザs and 権利放棄s from Zimbabweans looking to 延長する their stay in South Africa.
"The 大臣 took into consideration the said factors, 含むing (to a 確かな extent) submissions received from the 影響する／感情d Zimbabwean 国家のs, 関連した 公式の／役人s of the Department of Home 事件／事情／状勢s (DHA) and other 利益／興味d parties," said Motsoaledi´s department in a 声明.
Under the 拡張, 支えるもの／所有者s of the ZEP may not be 逮捕（する）d, ordered to leave the country or be 拘留するd for not having a valid 控除 証明書.
Some civil society groups had taken the South African 政府 to 法廷，裁判所 to 軍隊 the department to 延長する the 最終期限 and afford applicants more time to 得る the 合法的な 文書s.
"The Zimbabwe Community in SA welcomes this 拡張 and understands that this period must be あわてて used by our community to migrate to the mainstream work 許すs," said Zimbabwe Community in South Africa chairman Nicholas Mabhena.
Mabhena said Zimbabwean 国家のs 影響する／感情d by the 許すs 含むd people who had lived in South Africa long before the 許すs were 問題／発行するd in 2010, having resided and worked under a different 移民／移住 政権.
These 含む teachers, general 労働者s, mechanics, 国内の 労働者s and gas 駅／配置する attendants who are financially supporting their families 支援する home.
"These 178,000 people we are referring to are 文書d migrants who are economically active, and some stand to lose their 職業s along with their 利益s if they can no longer work in South Africa," Mabhena told The Associated 圧力（をかける）.
He said the 出発 of so many Zimbabweans from South Africa would have 経済的な consequences 支援する in Zimbabwe as they were "keeping the economy running" 予定 to the 月毎の remittances that they send 支援する home.
Zimbabweans will 投票（する） in 国家の 選挙s on Aug. 23 which have already been 示すd by 主張s of 暴力／激しさ and 脅迫 against 対立 支持者s by the 判決，裁定 ZANU-PF 政府.
The Zimbabwean 大使館 in South Africa said this week の近くに to 10,000 Zimbabweans had 登録（する）d to receive 援助 to return to Zimbabwe at the end of June when the 許すs had been 予定 to 満了する／死ぬ.
