Senegal's 大統領，／社長 calls for an 調査 into deadly 衝突／不一致s, says he's open to 対話
DAKAR, Senegal (AP) - Senegal's 大統領，／社長 has ordered an 調査 to 決定する who was 責任がある 抗議するs by 支持者s of a political 対抗者 that turned deadly last week but said he was open to 協議するing with the parties 伴う／関わるd.
大統領 Macky Sall made his first 発言／述べるs about the 不安 while speaking at a 会議 of 大臣´s 会合 on Wednesday. At least 16 people, 含むing members of the 安全 軍隊s, were killed, によれば the 政府. The 対立 says at least 19 were killed.
"The 大統領，／社長 of the 共和国 has 堅固に 非難するd these 極端に serious attacks against the 明言する／公表する, the 共和国 and its 会・原則s," 政府 広報担当者 Abdou Karim Fofana said. He said the 抗議するs had 含むd 暴力／激しさ, 略奪するing and cyber-attacks, "the 目的（とする） of which was undoubtedly to （種を）蒔く terror and bring our country to a 行き詰まり."
衝突／不一致s between some 抗議する人s and police 爆発するd after 対立 leader Ousmane Sonko was 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of corrupting 青年 but acquitted on 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of 強姦ing a woman who worked at a massage parlor and making death 脅しs against her.
Sall is open to 対話 and 協議s with all the "nation´s 運動ing 軍隊s, in keeping with the 支配する of 法律 and our 株d 願望（する） to live together in peace, 安定 and 団結," Fofana said.
Sonko, who didn´t …に出席する his 裁判，公判 in Dakar, hasn't been seen or heard from since his 有罪の判決 and 宣告，判決ing to two years in 刑務所，拘置所. Sonko's house in the 資本／首都 is ひどく guarded by 安全 軍隊s, and his lawyers say they´ve been 否定するd 接近 to him.

The 刑務所，拘置所 宣告，判決 could 土台を崩す Sonko´s chances of running in Senegal's 大統領の 選挙 next year. He is considered Sall´s main 競争. Sonko has 勧めるd Sall to 明言する／公表する 公然と that he won´t 捜し出す a third 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 in office.
The 憲法 限界s 大統領，／社長s to two five-year 条件, but Sall argues that an 改正 可決する・採択するd in 2016 許すs him to reset the clock and 捜し出す another 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.
分析家s said that Sall's comments were a 肯定的な step toward quellin g 緊張s but he would need to go その上の to 回復する 静める.

"The 最近の deaths and 傷害s of 抗議する人s 始める，決める a worrying トン for the 2024 大統領の 選挙s and should be 完全に 調査／捜査するd, with those responsible held accountable," said Carine Kaneza Nantulya, 副 Africa director at Human 権利s Watch. "The 当局 should end the repression against 抗議する人s and critics, and 保証（人） freedom of 議会."
The international community has called on Senegal, regarded as a beacon of political 安定 in a 地域 rife with クーデターs, to find a way to 回復する the peace.
On Wednesday, U.S. 国務長官 Antony Blinken 繰り返し言うd U.S support for Senegal's people and its democratic values, によれば a 明言する／公表する Department spokesperson.
While a 用心深い 静める returned to the country this week, with 介入s 存在 容易にするd by 宗教的な leaders, who 持つ／拘留する strong sway, there are 恐れるs that if Sonko is taken to 刑務所，拘置所, or if Sall 発表するs that he'll run for a third 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語, deadly fighting will 爆発する again.
