US 一時停止するs all food 援助（する） for millions in Ethiopia after 調査 finds '普及した' 窃盗
NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) - The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 機関 for International 開発 said Thursday it has 一時停止するd all food 援助（する） to Ethiopia, Africa's second most-populous country, after an 内部の 調査 設立する 寄付するd food ーするつもりであるd for millions of hungry people there was 存在 コースを変えるd on a "普及した" 規模.

A USAID 公式の／役人, speaking on 条件 of anonymity given the 現在進行中の 調査, said the U.S. 開発 機関 was still 供給するing other 援助 in Ethiopia, 含むing feedings for 栄養失調の children, にもかかわらず the 中断 of 配達／演説／出産 of food 援助（する）.

"The 計画／陰謀 appears to be orchestrated by 連邦の and 地域の 政府 of Ethiopia （独立の）存在s, with 軍の 部隊s across the country benefitting from 人道的な 援助," said the 文書 from the 人道的な and Resilience 寄贈者 Group, which 含むs 二国間の／相互の and 多国間の partners.
In a 共同の 声明 with USAID, Ethiopia's 外務 省 spoke of "深く，強烈に 関心ing 発覚s" and said it was 調査／捜査するing with the U.S. "so that the 悪党／犯人s of such 転換 are held to account." It committed to 改革（する）s to 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限 未来 援助（する） from 窃盗.

The Tigray 地域 was the 中心 of a 破滅的な two-yea r 衝突 that ended in November and left 5.4 million of the 全住民 of 6 million relying on 人道的な help.
A USAID 文書 from May 3 said its 捜査官／調査官s discovered 2,000 metric トンs of USAID-branded wheat - enough to 料金d 134,000 people for a month - for sale in a market in the Tigray town of Shire in March. The 捜査官／調査官s also 設立する USAID 穀物 for sale どこかよそで in the 地域, the 文書 said.
With food 援助（する） 一時停止するd in the 地域, doctors in Tigray have 報告（する）／憶測d an alarming rise in hunger. Child 栄養不良 事例／患者s rose by 28% from March to April at the 地域´s 旗艦 Ayder Hospital in Mekelle, the 地方の 資本／首都, while at Axum Hospital they rose by 96% over the same period, によれば admissions data reviewed by the AP.
