Ashish Jha, White House COVID-19 調整者／コーディネーター, to leave 地位，任命する next week
WASHINGTON (AP) - Ashish Jha, the White House´s point person on the COVID-19 返答, will 出発／死 from the 行政 next week.
The White House said Thursday that Jha will return to Brown University, where he had served as the dean of the university´s school of public health before joining the White House as its COVID-19 調整者／コーディネーター in April 2022. His 出発 comes after the 連邦の 政府 ended its twin 国家の 緊急s on the ウイルス earlier this spring.
In a 声明 発表するing Jha's 出発, 大統領 Joe Biden said COVID-19 "no longer 支配（する）／統制するs our daily lives."
"As one of the 主要な public health 専門家s in America, he has 効果的に translated and communicated コンビナート／複合体 科学の challenges into 固める／コンクリート 活動／戦闘s that helped save and 改善する the lives of millions of Americans," Biden said in the 声明 発表するing Jha´s 出発. Biden´s first COVID-19 czar was Jeff Zients, now the White House 長，指導者 of staff.
