CANBERRA, Australia (AP) - プロの／賛成の-僕主主義 選挙運動者 Chau 先頭 Kham on Thursday thanked his 支持者s who helped 安全な・保証する his 解放（する） from a Vietnamese 刑務所，拘置所 this week four years into a 12-year 宣告，判決 for テロ行為 罪／違反s.
The 73-year-old Australian 国民 returned to his family in Sydney on Tuesday after Australian 総理大臣 Anthony Albanese 勧めるd that the retired パン職人 be 解放（する）d from 刑務所，拘置所 during a visit to Hanoi last month.
Kham thanked a 幅の広い array of 支持者s 含むing the 現在の and former Australian 政府s, 権利s groups 含むing Human 権利s Watch and 国際アムネスティ, community groups, マスコミ and lawyers.
"The first time in 前線 of you, so I feel so nervous. So nervous, because I´m so happy, and I´m never nervous in 前線 of the Vietnamese 公式の／役人s," Kham told reporters in Sydney.
He thanked his wife and two children "for forever supporting me in my dreams and my beliefs."
"The last thing, can you send a message to the Vietnamese 政府. I thank you to have ... 協力するd with the Australian 政府 to bring me home and 解決する my 事例／患者," Kham said.

He said some of the Vietnamese 刑務所，拘置所 officers he 遭遇（する）d "silently support me."
Kham had been in 保護／拘留 in his birth country since he visited in January 2019. He was 罪人／有罪を宣告するd that year on テロ行為 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s 関係のある to his support for 僕主主義 group Viet Tan and 宣告，判決d to 12 years in 刑務所，拘置所. The Vietnamese 政府 considers Viet Tan a テロリスト organization.
Albanese on Tuesday 述べるd Kham´s 解放（する） as an "example of how 約束／交戦 in a 建設的な way 達成するs results in Australia´s 国家の 利益／興味."
Albanese visited Vietnam on June 4 to 示す 50 years of 外交関係 between the two countries. They are 準備するing to 昇格 their 関係 to a 包括的な 戦略の 共同 and agreed to 設立する a 大臣の-level 対話 on 貿易（する）.
Australia´s previous 保守的な 政府 had also 勧めるd the 解放（する） of Kham, a South Vietnamese army 退役軍人, o n health grounds before Albanese´s 中心-left Labor Party won 力／強力にする in 選挙s in May last year.
Kham has lived in Australia since the 1980s.
国際アムネスティ Australia said Kham was a "囚人 of 良心 拘留するd 単独で for his 平和的な political beliefs."
