Malewicz, called the Canadian 宣告，判決 "exorbitantly high, even by Canadian 基準s." He said that Coban shouldn´t get any extra 刑務所，拘置所 time, but if he does, it should be no more than one year, with six months 一時停止するd. That would mean Coban would only have to serve an extra six months if he commits another 罪／違反.
