副 punching baby-持つ／拘留するing mother's 直面する was '完全に 容認できない,' LA 郡 郡保安官 says
LOS ANGELES (AP) - For the second time in a week, the Los Angeles 郡 郡保安官 decried the use of 軍隊 by 副s in the Antelope Valley after the 郡保安官's Department 解放（する）d ビデオ on Wednesday of a 副 punching a woman twice in the 直面する as she held her baby.
The edited ビデオ from 団体／死体 camera （映画の）フィート数 shows the July 2022 遭遇（する） during a traffic stop in Palmdale, northeast of Los Angeles.
At a news 会議／協議会, 郡保安官 Robert Luna said he 設立する the punching "完全に 容認できない" and has sent the 事例／患者 to the 郡 検察官's office, which will decide whether to とじ込み／提出する 犯罪の 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against the 副. The 連邦検察局 also was 警報d, Luna said.
Luna said the 副, whom he didn't 指名する, has been taken off field 義務.

Luna, a former Long Beach police 長，指導者, has 公約するd to 精密検査する the nation´s largest 郡保安官´s department since taking it over in December after 敗北・負かすing 現職の Alex Villanueva.
During the July 2022 遭遇（する）, 副s stopped a car 運動ing without headlights at night, smelled alcohol, and saw three babies who weren't in car seats and were 存在 held in their mother's 武器, Luna said.
The male driver was 逮捕（する）d on 疑惑 of 運動ing on a 一時停止するd license, 運動ing under the 影響（力） of alcohol and child endangerment. Four women in the car were held on 疑惑 of child endangerment. During their 逮捕（する）s, a 副 punched one woman twice in the 直面する after she 辞退するd to let go of her child, Luna said.
The ビデオ shows one woman's child 存在 強制的に taken from her as she shrieks, then a second woman sitting cross-legged on the ground, 持つ／拘留するing her 3-week-old child.
副s try to 納得させる her to give them the child, and the mother 答える／応じるs, "You´ll have to shoot me dead before you take my baby," the ビデオ shows. As she resists, a 副 punches her several times in the 直面する, and she is 手錠d.
Luna said he believed the punching was "an 孤立するd 出来事/事件 committed by an individual who will be held accountable." He said most other 従業員s are doing "incredible work on に代わって of 10 million 居住（者）s."
連邦の 監視するs continue to 監督する 改革（する）s that the department agreed to for the Lancaster and Palmdale 駅／配置するs, which are の中で the busiest in the 郡.
