California 民主党員s 生き返らせるd a 立ち往生させるd 法案 on child trafficking after public 圧力
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - California 共和国の／共和党のs had a rare chance to celebrate Thursday after 民主党員s in the 明言する／公表する 立法機関 capitulated on one of the GOP's 最高の，を越す 優先s: A 法案 to 増加する 刑罰，罰則s for child traffickers.

It looked like the 法案 might not pass this year, until Wednesday when Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom 介入するd and 議会 （衆議院の）議長 Robert Rivas also 公然と 誓約（する）d to "get it 権利."

The 法案 now must be vetted by the 議会 （資金の）充当／歳出s 委員会, where Jones-Sawyer said he will ask for 改正s to make sure 犠牲者s of child trafficking are not penalized and that the 法律制定 doesn't 不均衡な 影響する／感情 people of color.
"We shouldn't be playing politics. We should be coming together - together - to move this 今後 so that everybody is 安全な," Jones-Sawyer told reporters after the 審理，公聴会. "I'm going to make a かかわり合い to do everything in my 力／強力にする to get it on the 知事's desk so he can 調印する it."
