UNITED NATIONS (AP) - The 国際刑事警察機構 法廷，裁判所's 検察官，検事 said Thursday he is 調査／捜査するing 申し立てられた／疑わしい new war 罪，犯罪s and 罪，犯罪s against humanity in Sudan´s Darfur 地域 during the country's 現在の 衝突 that has killed more than 3,000 people and 軍隊d over 3 million to 逃げる their homes.

Karim 旅宿泊所 told the U.N. 安全 会議 that fighting between 政府 軍隊s and the 議会の 早い 安全 軍隊s has 流出／こぼすd into Darfur which was wracked by 流血／虐殺 and 残虐（行為）s in 2003. He said the world, the country and the 会議 are "in 危険，危なくする of 許すing history to repeat itself."

In 2005, the 安全 会議 referred the 状況／情勢 in Darfur to the ICC, and 旅宿泊所 said the 法廷，裁判所 still has a 委任統治（領） under that 決意／決議 to 調査／捜査する 罪，犯罪s in the 広大な western 地域.

Darfur has been one of the 震源地s of the 現在の 衝突 that began on April 15, turning into an 円形競技場 of 民族の 暴力／激しさ with the 議会の 軍隊／機動隊s and 連合した Arab 民兵s attacking African 民族の groups. Earlier Thursday, the U.N. human 権利s office said at least 87 団体／死体s - some of them from the 民族の African Masalit tribe - were 暴露するd in a 集まり 墓／厳粛／彫る／重大な in West Darfur, and 特記する／引用するd "信頼できる （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）" that they were killed by 早い Support 軍隊 闘士，戦闘機s and an 連合した 民兵.

"We are 調査／捜査するing those 主張s," 旅宿泊所 told the 会議. "We are by any 分析 not on the precipice of a human 大災害 but in the very 中央 of one."

"There are women and children, boys and girls, old and young, in 恐れる of their lives, living with 不確定 in the 中央 of 衝突, and as their homes are burnt. Many as we speak will not know what the night will bring and what 運命／宿命 を待つs them tomorrow," the 検察官，検事 said.

旅宿泊所 said the ICC is also looking to 調査／捜査する many other 主張s in West Darfur 含むing 略奪するing, extrajudicial 殺人，大当りs and the 燃やすing of homes, 同様に as 主張s in North Darfur.

He said anybody inside or outside Sudan who 援助（する）s or 扇動するs 罪，犯罪s in Darfur will be 調査／捜査するd. And he said he 教えるd his office to give 優先 to 罪，犯罪s against children and 性の- and gender-based 暴力／激しさ.

"We must 行為／法令／行動する 緊急に, collectively, to 保護する the most 攻撃を受けやすい if this oft-repeated phrase of `never again' is to mean anything," 旅宿泊所 said.

The 広大な Darfur 地域 was （海，煙などが）飲み込むd in 流血／虐殺 in 2003 when 反逆者／反逆するs from the 領土´s 民族の central and sub-Saharan African community 開始する，打ち上げるd an 暴動 accus ing the Arab-支配するd 政府 in Khartoum of 差別 and neglect.
