"We are on the opposite end of the 嵐／襲撃する now with blue skies and 静める 天候 and the water has 沈下するd," Hill said. "But what we experienced was not just a 100-year flood but a 1,000-year flood. He 追加するd that 12 インチs (30 センチメートルs) of rain had fallen "in a very short time."
