ISLAMABAD (AP) - Taliban 当局 have その上の 増加するd 制限s on women and girls in Afghanistan in 最近の months, 含むing in education and 雇用, the U.N. said in a 報告（する）／憶測 on the human 権利s 状況／情勢 問題／発行するd Monday.

That follows a 禁止（する） on 女性（の） 医療の students taking 卒業 exams 発表するd in February and a 禁止 on women …に出席するing universities 問題／発行するd last December, the 報告（する）／憶測 said.
The U.N. said it has 記録，記録的な／記録するd instances in which the Taliban have 施行するd 以前 発表するd 制限s on women's freedom of movement and 雇用.
In 早期に May, two Afghan 女性（の） staff of an international 非，不，無-政治の organization were 逮捕（する）d by Taliban 軍隊s at an airport because they were traveling without a male companion, or mahram, the 報告（する）／憶測 said.
In June, a midwife was 拘留するd and interrogated for five hours by the Taliban's 知能 service, which 脅すd her with death if she continued her work with an NGO. She 辞職するd two days later as a result, the 報告（する）／憶測 said.

"Two other NGOs had their licenses 一時停止するd by the de facto Department of Economy because of the presence of 女性（の） 従業員s in their offices," it said.
There have also been 報告（する）／憶測s of physical 暴力／激しさ against women, 含むing an 出来事/事件 in which members of the Taliban´s 副／悪徳行為 and virtue department （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 a woman with a stick and 軍隊d her to leave a public park, it said.

In June, the Taliban carried out what is believed to be its second public 死刑執行 since it returned to 力／強力にする. The first was last December, when a man 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of 殺人ing another man was 遂行する／発効させるd with an 強襲，強姦 ライフル銃／探して盗む by the 犠牲者´s father in western Farah 州 before hundreds of 観客s and many 最高の，を越す Taliban 公式の／役人s.
The second was a man identified as Ajmal in the 資本／首都, Kabul, who was 設立する 有罪の of 殺人ing five people last year.
In May, the U.N, said 274 men, 58 women and two boys had been 公然と flogged during the previous six months.
