Abortion in Iowa is 合法的な again, for now, after a 裁判官 封鎖するs new 制限s
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - An Iowa 裁判官 on Monday 一時的に 封鎖するd the 明言する／公表する´s new 禁止（する） on most abortions after about six weeks of pregnancy, just days after Gov. Kim Reynolds 調印するd the 手段 into 法律.
That means abortion is once again 合法的な in Iowa up to 20 weeks of pregnancy while the 法廷，裁判所s 査定する／（税金などを）課す the new 法律´s 合憲性.
The new 法律 禁じるs almost all abortions once cardiac activity can be （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd, which is usually around six weeks of pregnancy and before many women know they are 妊娠している.
The 共和国の／共和党の-controlled 立法機関 認可するd the 手段 in a rare, all-day special 開会／開廷／会期 last week, 誘発するing a 合法的な challenge by the ACLU of Iowa, Planned Parenthood North Central 明言する／公表するs and the Emma Goldman Clinic. 裁判官 Joseph Seidlin held a 審理，公聴会 on the 事柄 Friday, but said he would take the 問題／発行する under advisement - just as Reynolds 調印するd the 法案 into 法律 about a mile away.
Abortion providers said they 緊急発進するd last week to fit in as many 任命s as possible before the 知事 put pen to paper, preemptively making hundreds of calls to 準備する 患者s for the 不確定 and keeping clinics open late.

"The abortion 産業´s 試みる／企てる to 妨害する the will of Iowans and the 発言する／表明するs of their elected 代表者／国会議員s continues today," she said.
The 判決，裁定 Monday does 明示する that while the 法律 is 一時的に paused, the 明言する／公表する's Board of 薬／医学 should proceed with creating 支配するs for 施行, as the 法律 明示するs. That way the 指導／手引 for health care providers would be 井戸／弁護士席 defined if the 法律 were to be in 影響 in the 未来.
There are 限られた／立憲的な circumstances under the 法律 that would 許す for abortion after the point in a pregnancy where cardiac activity is （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd: 強姦, if 報告（する）／憶測d to 法律 施行 or a health provider within 45 days; incest, if 報告（する）／憶測d within 145 days; if the fetus has a fetal abnormality "相いれない with life;" or if the pregnancy is 危うくするing the life of the 妊娠している woman.
Seidlin 明示するd that his 判決，裁定 today hinges on the "undue 重荷（を負わせる）" 実験（する）, which is an 中間の level of scrutiny that 要求するs 法律s do not create a 重要な 障害 to abortion.
The 明言する／公表する 最高裁判所, in its 最新の 判決，裁定s on the 問題／発行する, said that undue 重荷（を負わせる） remains in 影響 "with an 招待 to litigate the 問題／発行する その上の," Seidlin wrote. "This, perhaps, is the litigation that 受託するs the 招待."
Using that 基準, abortion 支持するs are likely 権利 to say the new 法律 侵害する／違反するs Iowans´ 憲法の 権利s, Seidlin said, which led him to 認める the 一時的な 封鎖する.
Lawyers for the 明言する／公表する argued - and will likely continue to argue - that the 法律 should be 分析するd using 合理的な／理性的な basis review, the lowest level of scrutiny to 裁判官 合法的な challenges.
"We are 深く，強烈に relieved that the 法廷，裁判所 認めるd this 救済 so 必須の health care in Iowa can continue," said Abbey Hardy-Fairbanks, 医療の director of the Iowa City-based Emma Goldman Clinic, in a 声明.
