Strong 台風 blows closer to northern Philippines, 軍隊ing 避難／引き上げs and 停止（させる）ing sea travel
MANILA, Philippines (AP) - A powerful 台風 blew closer to the northern Philippines on Tuesday, 軍隊ing thousands to 避難させる and 停止（させる）ing sea travel まっただ中に 警告s of 豪雨s and 潮の 殺到するs up to 3 メーターs (nearly 10 feet).

Cagayan Gov. Manuel Mamba said he 一時停止するd work in his 州 to 許す people to 準備する for the 猛攻撃 and ordered the 避難／引き上げ of thousands of people in 11 沿岸の towns as a 警戒.
