ロシアの 国会議員s 延長する age 限界 for compulsory 軍の 草案
MOSCOW (AP) - The ロシアの 議会´s lower house on Tuesday 認可するd a 法案 延長するing the upper age 限界 for the compulsory 軍の 草案 from 27 to 30, a move that appears to be part of 成果／努力s by the Kremlin to 拡大する the 軍の during the fighting in ウクライナ共和国.
All ロシアの men 老年の 18-27 are 現在／一般に 強いるd to serve in the 軍の for one year, although many 避ける the 草案 by using deferments 認めるd to students, people with chronic illnesses and others.
The 法案, which was quickly 認可するd by the lower house on Tuesday, still needs to be 是認するd by the upper house and 調印するd by 大統領 Vladimir Putin to become 法律.
It comes as the ロシアの army is 直面するing a grinding Ukrainian counteroffensive in several parts of the more than 1,000-キロメーター (625-mile) 前線. The 法案 is 広範囲にわたって seen as part of the ロシアの 当局' 対策 to 拡大する the 階級s as fighting in ウクライナ共和国 has dragged out into its 18th month.
The ロシアの 当局 say the 軍の doesn´t use draftees in the fighting in ウクライナ共和国, relying on volunteers and 予備役兵s who were 動員するd for 活動／戦闘.
Some ロシアの マスコミ have 報告（する）／憶測d, however, that the 軍の tries to encourage or coerce many draftees into 調印 契約s as volunteers.
The 初期の 見解／翻訳／版 of the 法案 想像するd raising the lower age for the 草案 from 18 to 21 and introducing the changes over several years, but 国会議員s 突然の changed course, 是認するing the 弁護 省's 提案 to 始める，決める the 草案 age at 18-30 starting next year.
The sudden 転換 drew 批評 from some 上級の members of the upper house, but its （衆議院の）議長 said it will support the new 見解／翻訳／版.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov wouldn't comment on the change, referring questions to the 弁護 省.
