QUITO, Ecuador (AP) - Ecuador's 大統領 Guillermo Lasso is once again making use of the (n)役員／(a)執行力のある's 力／強力にする to 一時停止する people's 権利s of 議会 in some areas and 動員する the 軍の in an 試みる／企てる to 鎮圧する the most 最近の wave of 暴力／激しさ that has left at least 18 people dead in the South American country.
Lasso on Tuesday 宣言するd a 明言する／公表する of 緊急 covering all of its 刑務所，拘置所s and ordered the （軍隊などの）展開，配備 of 2,700 兵士s and police officers to 回復する 支配（する）／統制する of the 施設s. いっそう少なく than 24 hours earlier, Lasso had 発表するd an 緊急 手段 一時停止するing people's 権利s to 議会 and move 自由に in two 州s, one of which 含むs a city where a 市長 was fatally 発射 over the 週末.
The order covering the 刑務所，拘置所s （機の）カム after 衝突／不一致s 爆発するd Saturday at the country's largest 刑務所，拘置所 and 増大するd into the 早期に hours of Sunday, with 射撃s and 爆発s heard by people in nearby 居住の areas. The 初期の 衝突／不一致s at the Litoral 刑務所, 位置を示すd in the port city of Guayaquil, left at least 18 dead and 11 負傷させるd, 含むing a police officer.
"The use of 武器s, 含むing bladed 武器s, long guns and even 爆発性の 装置s and 手りゅう弾s, by 組織するd 罪，犯罪 groups inside 刑務所，拘置所s puts everyone´s 安全 at 危険," によれば the 明言する／公表する of 緊急 法令. "So, when the 国家の police cannot 供給する 安全 with a 十分な logistical 次第で変わる／派遣部隊, the 参加 of the 武装した 軍隊s can 供給する support in 危機 管理／経営."

Hours after Tuesday´s 告示 a Molotov cocktail 爆発するd in an office of the 司法長官 in the 州 of Esmeraldas, which 当局 have identified as an important 領土 for 麻薬 cartels. The 武装した 軍隊s also 報告（する）／憶測d 兵士s had deactivated 爆発性の 装置s placed at different gas 駅／配置するs in the 州.

Since taking office in May 2021, Lasso has used 明言する／公表する of 緊急 宣言s to 演説（する）／住所 the spread of the coronavirus, stop 刑務所，拘置所 暴動s, fight 麻薬 trafficking and end 抗議するs.
大臣 of the 内部の Juan Zapata told reporters members of the 武装した 軍隊s entered the 刑務所，拘置所 in the 早期に hours Tuesday and began 掴むing 武器s and other contraband. He said 罪，犯罪 scene 専門家s will enter Litoral once it is fully 安全な・保証するd to 立証する "現実に how many deaths we have."
"We are not leaving until all the work is 完全にするd," Zapata 追加するd. The 明言する／公表する of 緊急 was 問題／発行するd for 60 days.
Litoral, which is 位置を示すd within a 刑務所，拘置所 コンビナート／複合体, has a capacity of about 9,500 inmates, but in the first ４半期/4分の1 越えるd that number by almost 3,000. It is considered one of the most dangerous 刑務所，拘置所s in Ecuador. A 暴動 in April left 12 inmates dead, while a ギャング（団） 戦う／戦い in 2021 killed 119 inmates.
一方／合間, 囚人s in 13 other 刑務所，拘置所s 宣言するd a hunger strike on Monday and are 持つ／拘留するing a hundred 刑務所，拘置所 guards to 需要・要求する better sanitary 条件s and food, の中で other 問題／発行するs.
Monday's 緊急 手段, which 始める，決める a 外出禁止令 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., 影響する／感情s the 州s of Los R?os and Manab?, 含むing the latter's city of Manta. The city is 位置を示すd along Ecuador´s central coast, an area that によれば 当局 has coveted 大勝するs for 麻薬 trafficking.
Manta's 市長, Agust?n Intriago, was killed in a 狙撃 Sunday while 小旅行するing public 作品 場所／位置s. The 狙撃, which 当局 said 伴う／関わるd high-caliber 武器s, also killed a 28-year-old サッカー player Ariana Chancay.
Lasso on Monday told reporters police 拘留するd a 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う in the 狙撃. He did not identify the person, but said is not a 国民 of Ecuador.
