弁護士／代理人／検事 for ex-student 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d in California stabbing deaths says he's not mentally fit for 裁判，公判
SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - The former college student 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 殺人 in the stabbing deaths of two people and 殺人未遂 of a third in a Northern California university town has not にわか雨d in the nearly three months he's been in 刑務所，拘置所, goes days without eating and believes he will return to classes, his 弁護士／代理人／検事 said Tuesday.
The 発言／述べるs by Dan Hutchinson, a Yolo 郡 副 public defender, （機の）カム during a 訴訟／進行 to 決定する whether Carlos Dominguez is mentally competent to 参加する in a 犯罪の 裁判，公判 over the stabbings that 激しく揺するd the University of California, Davis, campus and surrounding community.

Dominguez was 逮捕（する）d May 4, a week after the first 団体／死体 was 設立する, 近づく the 場所 of the second attack.
"He sits there each day in his empty 独房, unclothed, unmedicated, untreated for his mental illness," Hutchinson said of his （弁護士の）依頼人, who is 観察するd every 15 minutes because he is on 自殺 watch. "He has not にわか雨d a 選び出す／独身 time, and if he ever has 小衝突d his teeth, nobody appears to have seen that."
