Chile 大統領，／社長 defends 僕主主義 50 years after クーデター 勧めるd in 残虐な 軍の 独裁政治
SANTIAGO, Chile (AP) - The 大統領，／社長 of Chile 問題／発行するd a 熱烈な 弁護 of 僕主主義 on Monday, the 50th 周年記念日 of the クーデター led by Gen. Augusto Pinochet that 勧めるd in a 残虐な 軍の 独裁政治 for almost two １０年間s.
The 周年記念日 of the U.S.-支援するd クーデター was a vivid 思い出の品 of the continuing 分割s over the 遺産／遺物 of Pinochet, who died without ever 存在 罪人／有罪を宣告するd for the 罪，犯罪s against humanity committed during his 17-year 統治する.
The problems of 僕主主義 must be 演説（する）／住所d through more 僕主主義, 大統領 Gabriel Boric said at the La Moneda 大統領の palace, which was 爆弾d by 軍用機s at the start of the クーデター half a century ago.
"A クーデター d´?tat or the 違反 of the human 権利s of those who think 異なって is never 正当と認められる," Boric said in his 演説（する）／住所 to a nation where a 重要な number of people, によれば 非常に／多数の 投票s, believe the 1973 クーデター was 正当化するd, and that Pinochet, who died in 2006, was a good leader who helped to modernize the country.

Matthew Miller, a 明言する／公表する Department spokesperson, said that "the Biden 行政 has sought to be t ransparent about the U.S. 役割 in this 一時期／支部 of Chilean history," 公式文書，認めるing that it has recently 秘密制限を解除するd 文書s from 1973.

In his speech Monday, Boric 強調するd the need to stand up with the 犠牲者s of the 独裁政治 and not 捜し出す a 誤った equivalence ーするために appease those who defend Pinochet's 政府.
"仲直り is not 達成するd through 中立 or distance but by unequivocally standing with those who were 犠牲者s of the horror," Boric said.
Late last month, Boric 明かすd what will 効果的に be the first 明言する／公表する-sponsored 計画（する） to try to 位置を示す the だいたい 1,162 犠牲者s of the 独裁政治 who remain 行方不明の, which on Monday he said would be his 政府's "遺産／遺物."
"It is time to 治療（薬） those absences, 訂正する the shortcomings, and 修理 the 損失 ーするために 事業／計画（する） ourselves beyond our 苦痛s," he said.
In the runup to the 周年記念日, Boric 促進するd an 協定 for the 保護 of 僕主主義 and human 権利s, which was 調印するd by his four 前任者s, but 非，不，無 of the three leaders of the 対立 固執するd to it.
In a 声明 Monday, the 右翼 独立した・無所属 Democratic Union (UDI) party did not について言及する the word クーデター, but talked about an "institutional 決裂／故障" 原因（となる）d by an "extreme 状況／情勢 that Chile was living through."
It 述べるd the events of Sept. 11, 1973 as "必然的な" given the "social, political and institutional 決裂／故障" 勧めるd in by the 社会主義者 政府 of 大統領 Salvador Allende (1970-1973).
Earlier, the 対立 連合 Let´s Go Chile 問題／発行するd a 声明 in which it did not について言及する the words クーデター or 独裁政治, or human-権利s 違反s. It referred to a "決裂／故障 of 僕主主義."
UDI 大統領 Javier Macaya said the 連合 would not 参加する in the Monday 記念 out of 恐れる that it would 含む 栄誉（を受ける）ing "人物／姿／数字s who we do not believe deserve 尊敬の印, such as former 大統領 Salvador Allende." Allende died by 自殺 the day of the クーデター.
Allende´s daughter, Sen. Isabel Allende, also took part in Monday´s 記念 and （刑事）被告 some of trying to change history.
"There has been an 試みる／企てる to 逆転する the 責任／義務s for the 悲劇 we experienced during the darkest 17 years of our history," she said. "The true 犯人s are those who broke the institutional order, 爆弾d this palace, and killed thousands of Chileans."
Cadem, a 地元の 投票ing group, 設立する recently that 51% of Chileans believe the 1973 クーデター was "必然的な." 地元の groups Pulso Ciudadano and Mori Chile also 設立する that around one-third of Chileans say the クーデター was 正当化するd.
A 尊敬の印 to former 大統領 Allende by the 議会 of 副s, Chile's lower house of 議会, was 削減（する） short after a UDI 国会議員 used his time to 非難する the former 大統領，／社長. One 国会議員 carried a 調印する that showed photos of both Allende and Pinochet crossed out.
"Neither Allende nor Pinochet," read the 調印する.
More than 1,000 地元の and international guests took part in Monday's 記念, 含むing a few 大統領，／社長s from the 地域.
