SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican 共和国 (AP) - The 大統領，／社長 of the Dominican 共和国 発表するd Monday that he has 一時停止するd 問題／発行するing ビザs to Haitians, and he 脅すd to shut 負かす／撃墜する land, 空気／公表する and sea traffic between the two neighbors over their 最新の 論争.
大統領 Luis Abinader's move follows the 最近の 穴掘り of a supposed canal in Haiti that Dominican 公式の／役人s argue will コースを変える water from the 大虐殺 River and 害（を与える） its 農業者s and the 環境. The river, which runs in both countries, is 指名するd for a 血まみれの 戦う／戦い between Spanish and French colonizers in the 1700s.

A 熟考する／考慮する by the Dominican 共和国´s Central Bank said $430 million in informal 国境 貿易（する） was 行為／行うd in 2017 between the two countries, which 株 the island of Hispaniola. Of that 量, more than $330 million 代表するd 輸出（する）s to Haiti.
Haiti is also the Dominican 共和国´s third biggest partner in formal 貿易（する）, with $1 billion in 輸出（する）s to Haiti last year and $11 million in 輸入するs, によれば the 輸出（する） and 投資 中心 of the Dominican 共和国.
