At a 審理，公聴会 in Whitman 郡 Superior 法廷，裁判所 in Washington, 裁判官 Gary Libey 支配するd that a board of directors 会合 scheduled for later this week with 会議／協議会 Commissioner George Kliavkoff and university leaders from 10 出発／死ing members cannot take place.

MacMichael said on the 協議事項 for the scheduled 会合 was a discussion of 修正するing the 会議／協議会 bylaws. He also （刑事）被告 出発／死ing members of plotting to use Pac-12 資産s to 基金 their 移行s to other 会議／協議会s.

USC and UCLA were stripped of 投票（する）ing 権利s by the Pac-12 in 2022 when they decided to join the Big Ten.
The eight schools that have 発表するd their 出発s over the last month and half 論争 what 構成するs formal notification of 出発 from the 会議／協議会, によれば the bylaws.
The 公式の／役人 出発 date for schools leaving the Pac-12 is July 31, 2024.
