Mexico 大統領，／社長 says he'll skip APEC 首脳会議 in November in San Francisco
MEXICO CITY (AP) - Mexico´s 大統領，／社長 said on Thursday that he will skip the Asia-太平洋の 経済的な 協調 首脳会議 in November in San Francisco because his country "has no relations" with Peru.
大統領 Andr?s Manuel L?pez Obrador has （人命などを）奪う，主張するd 以前 that Peru´s 現在の 政府 was 任命する／導入するd by a クーデター and that he still considers 追い出すd 大統領，／社長 Pedro Castillo to be the country's 合法的 leader.

It would not be the first time that L?pez Obrador has skipped international 会合s in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs because of who else was or wasn't 招待するd. Last year, he skipped the 首脳会議 of the Americas in Los Angeles because Nicaragua and Venezuela were not 招待するd.
Leaders from around the 太平洋の 縁 are scheduled to …に出席する the 21-member APEC 会議 scheduled for Nov. 11-17.

While L?pez Obrador has slammed the 殺人，大当り of 抗議する人s in Peru, he has been 非難するd for 説 little about the hundreds of Nicaraguans killed or 追放するd by the 政府 of 大統領 Daniel Ortega.
