Misinformation is flowing ahead of Ohio abortion 投票（する）. Some is coming from a 法律を制定する website
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The inflammatory language 的ing a reproductive 権利s 手段 on Ohio's 落ちる 投票（する） is the type of messaging that is ありふれた in the の近くにing weeks of a 高度に contested 率先 （選挙などの）運動をする - 警告 of "abortion on 需要・要求する" or "dismemberment of fully conscious children" if 投票者s 認可する it.
Only the messaging isn´t just coming from the anti-abortion groups that …に反対する the 憲法の 改正. It´s 存在 促進するd on the 公式の／役人 政府 website of the 共和国の／共和党の-controlled Ohio 上院.
And because the source is a 政府 website, the messaging is 存在 prioritized in online searches for （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about 問題／発行する 1, the question going before Ohio 投票者s Nov. 7 to enshrine abortion 接近 in the 明言する／公表する 憲法.
The "On The 記録，記録的な／記録する" blog on the 明言する／公表する 上院 website is 法案d as an "online newsroom" 現在のing "the 見解（をとる）s the news 除外するs." It features attacks against Ohio news 出口s, op-ed style columns by 共和国の／共和党の 明言する／公表する 上院議員s and content 生成するd by members of the 上院 大多数´s communications staff and other 公式文書，認めるd 保守的なs.
"Be 確信して that here you will find a place for facts, values, and 推論する／理由," read the 告示 when 共和国の／共和党の 国会議員s 開始する，打ち上げるd the feature in September, すぐに after Ohio 投票者s 拒絶するd a 共和国の／共和党の 試みる／企てる to make it far more difficult to pass 憲法の 改正s.

"It´s a really 戦略の way to make something appear to be 中立の （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） and fact when that´s not the reality," said Laura Manley, (n)役員／(a)執行力のある director of the Shorenstein 中心 on マスコミ, Politics and Public 政策 at the Harvard Kennedy School. "I´ve never seen anything like that. It´s really smart in a really devious way."

A featured snippet grabbed from the 場所／位置 that comes up during a Google search for Ohio 問題／発行する 1 says the 手段 "ignores Ohio´s 存在するing exceptions for life and health of the mother in 好意 of 設立するing abortion on 需要・要求する for all nine months."
合法的な and 医療の 専門家s 協議するd by The Associated 圧力（をかける） have called these narratives 誤った or 誤って導くing.
The 提案するd 改正 expressly 許すs Ohio to 規制する abortions once a fetus is viable outside the womb, as long as there are exceptions for the life or health of the woman. Ohio's 存在するing 禁止（する） on most abortions once fetal cardiac activity is （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd, now held up in 法廷，裁判所, has an exception for 保護するing the life of the woman 同様に as a more 辛うじて tailored health exception than 問題／発行する 1 含む／封じ込めるs. But of course, the mainstream マスコミ won´t 選ぶ this up because it´s factually incorrect and 基本的に lies," said Democratic 明言する／公表する Sen. 法案 DeMora, whose （政党の）幹部会，党集会 was 怒り／怒るd by the blog and its home on the 上院's 公式の／役人 page.
He said 民主党員s are 調査するing whether they can 開始する，打ち上げる their own 見解／翻訳／版 to 反対する the GOP.
共和国の／共和党の 上院 大統領 Matt Huffman shied away from labeling "On the 記録，記録的な／記録する" a news service when questioned by reporters すぐに after its 開始する，打ち上げる.
"I think it´s just the 最新の iteration of trying to communicate with the public," he said.
As of Friday, the blog was the only link 利用できる under the "News" tab for the Ohio 上院. In comparison, the website for the 共和国の／共和党の-led Ohio House features 圧力（をかける） 解放（する）s on its 署名 法案s, and awards and activities 関係のある to both 共和国の／共和党の and Democratic 国会議員s.
John Fortney, 広報担当者 for the 明言する／公表する 上院's 大多数 共和国の／共和党のs, said "On The 記録，記録的な／記録する" doesn´t cost the public anything because it´s hosted on an 存在するing 政府 壇・綱領・公約 and is put together by his staff.
But neither his staff nor the the 政府 壇・綱領・公約 are 解放する／自由な.

Britt Bischoff, 長，指導者 growth officer for Red ワイン & Blue, a 進歩／革新的な women´s organization, said the group has been trying to outcompete misinformation around 問題／発行する 1 with its own messages, but the 負わせる given to 政府 websites in searches makes it difficult to 反対する the messages spread through "On the 記録，記録的な／記録する."
"While Google has been responsive in 除去するing some results for search 条件 where (misinformation 地位，任命するs) have been flagged, it´s not 100%, and there are hundreds of search 条件 this page is 的ing that deliberately 的s questions around 問題／発行する 1 with intentional 試みる／企てるs to spread political ideologies in positions of 当局," Bischoff's 分析 決定するd.
Google did not return an email message 捜し出すing comment about its search 優先s.
