TALLINN, Estonia (AP) - The International Red Cross on Friday 一時停止するd the Belarusian 一時期／支部 after its 長，指導者 stirred international 乱暴／暴力を加える for 誇るing that it was 活発に フェリー（で運ぶ）ing Ukrainian children from ロシアの-controlled areas to Belarus.
The International 連合 of Red Cross and Red 三日月 Societies 停止（させる）d the 会員の地位 of the Belarus 支店 after it 辞退するd to 追い出す its leader Dzmitry Shautsou. He is （刑事）被告 of having 違反d the Red Cross' much-vaunted and much-defended 基準s of 中立 and 正直さ. The board of IFRC had given the Belarus Red Cross until Nov. 30 to 解任する him, and said it would 一時停止する the 支店 if it didn't.
"The 中断 means that the Belarus Red Cross loses its 権利s as a member of the IFRC," the Geneva-based international organization said in a 声明 Friday. "Any new 基金ing to the Belarus Red Cross will also be 一時停止するd."
Shautsou, in comments to the 明言する／公表する Belta news 機関, called the 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 一時停止する the Belarus Red Cross from the IFRC "絶対 politicized." He said he went to the 占領するd areas in eastern ウクライナ共和国 "to 証明する that children that を受ける health 改良 in Belarus return home 安全に."
Last year, the Belarus Red Cross received nearly 1.7 million スイスの フランs ($1.9 million) from the the IFRC for services like HIV 予防, support for migrants 近づく the 国境 with Poland, "clown therapy" and help for people 逃げるing 隣接地の ウクライナ共和国. This year, the 支出 has been more than 1 million フランs.

He also told Belarusian television that the Belarus Red Cross was 活発に 伴う／関わるd in bringing Ukrainian children to Belarus for "health 改良" 目的s.
Belarus has been Moscow´s closest 同盟（する） since the ロシアの 侵略 of ウクライナ共和国 began in February 2022, when its 権威主義者 大統領，／社長 Alexander Lukashenko 許すd the Kremlin to send 軍隊／機動隊s and 武器s into ウクライナ共和国 from Belarus. Russia has also （軍隊を）展開する，配備するd 戦術の 核の 武器s there.
More than 2,400 Ukrainian children 老年の 6-17 have been brought to Belarus from four Ukrainian 地域s that have been 部分的に／不公平に 占領するd by ロシアの 軍隊s, によれば a 最近の 熟考する／考慮する by Yale University. The Belarus Red Cross told The Associated 圧力（をかける） on Friday that Shautsou will continue to run the group and that its board gathered on Friday to discuss 財政上のs and 計画（する）s for 2024 "with the 現在の 状況／情勢 taken into account."
