Why was Simona Halep´s 麻薬ing 中断 減ずるd? And when can she return to playing tennis?
Simona Halep is 許すd to 再開する her tennis career whenever she wants, now that a four-year 麻薬ing 中断 was 減ずるd by the 法廷，裁判所 of 仲裁 for Sport to nine months - and the two-time Grand 激突する 支持する／優勝者 already has 行方不明になるd more time than that.
"I cannot wait to return to the 小旅行する," Halep said.
The 判決，裁定 on her 控訴，上告 （機の）カム Tuesday from a three-裁判官 パネル盤 at the 法廷，裁判所 based in Lausanne, Switzerland, so it's too soon to know when to 推定する／予想する to see Halep 支援する in 競争. Here is what you need to know about what happened:
Halep is a 32-year-old from Romania who has reached the pinnacle of her sport, reaching No. 1 in the WTA 最高位のs and winning major 選手権s at Wimbledon in 2019, by （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域ing Serena Williams in the final, and at the French Open in 2018, by （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域ing Sloane Stephens in the final. Halep, who was 代表するd by lawyer Howard Jacobs, argued that she was exposed to a 汚染するd 補足（する）, which 原因（となる）d her failed 実験（する）. CAS 決定するd Halep bore "some level of fault or 怠慢，過失" for not 演習ing "十分な care" while using the 補足（する）, but "she bore no 重要な fault or 怠慢，過失." So that is why, CAS said, "her anti-麻薬ing 支配する 違反s were not intentional."
In October 2022, Halep was provisionally 閉めだした from her sport because of the 実験（する） that year. Then, in May 2023, she was （刑事）被告 of a second 麻薬ing 罪／違反 by the International Tennis 正直さ 機関 for 不正行為s in her 競技者 生物学の パスポート. Those パスポートs 供給する a baseline reading of 実体s in an 競技者´s 団体／死体 and are considered a way to help chart 麻薬ing, because fluctuations over time raise red 旗s. Probably not. Jacobs, Halep's lawyer, said Tuesday that the 競技者 "has already 始めるd a 訴訟 against the 補足（する） company." Jacobs also pointed out that the CAS パネル盤's 決定／判定勝ち（する） means her 中断 would have ended in July 2023, so she "should have been 適格の" to play in last year's U.S. Open and this January's Australian Open. The next Grand 激突する tournament is the French Open, which begins in May.
"Throughout this long and difficult 過程, I have 持続するd my belief that the truth would 結局 come out, and that a just 決定／判定勝ち（する） would be reached, because I am and always have been a clean 競技者," Halep said in a 声明 解放（する）d by Jacobs.
