A German charity 抗議するs after Italy 掴むs a migrant 救助（する） ship 伴う／関わるd in a 週末 衝突／不一致
MILAN (AP) - The 人道的な 救助（する） group SOS Humanity on Wednesday 抗議するd Italy´s seizure of its migrant 救助（する） ship Humanity 1, fresh from a 週末 救助（する） during which the charity said Libyan Coast Guard 解雇する／砲火／射撃d live 弾丸s and used 暴力／激しさ.
The German charity said The Humanity 1 followed international 法律, and that no （疑いを）晴らす 推論する／理由 was given for the seizure, which took place after the 大型船 ドッキングする／減らす／ドックに入れるd in the southern port of Crotone and disembarked 77 救助（する）d people.
"Humanity 1 was first on the scene and therefore 責任がある the 救助（する） によれば 海上の 法律,´´ said the captain, who was identified only by his first 指名する Leo. "If the いわゆる Libyan Coast Guard had not turned up to 不法に return 生存者s to Libya, we would have carried out the 救助（する） in an 整然とした way."
SOS Humanity said several migrants 船内に three unseaworthy boats had to jump into the water during Saturday's 救助（する）. It said it 選ぶd up 77 people but others were 軍隊d 船内に a coast guard 大型船, separating families. At least one migrant is 推定するd to have 溺死するd.
Italy´s far-権利-led 政府 has 掴むd boats that have not followed new 強行路線 支配するs, which have 含むd ordering boats to proceed to port without making 付加 救助（する）s and 割り当てるing ports その上の north in Italy. But the charity said 非，不，無 of the 当局 伴う／関わるd has been able to explain 正確に／まさに why the boat was impounded.
Italian 当局 have not 公然と commented on the seizure.

"The Italian 当局 試みる／企てるd to 正当化する the 逮捕（する） of the Humanity 1 on the grounds that the Humanity 1 would have 原因（となる）d a dangerous 状況／情勢 for the people in 苦しめる at sea. In fact, it was the いわゆる Libyan Coast Guard, 財政／金融d by the EU, who 危うくするd the lives of the people in the water and our 救助（する） 乗組員,´´ the captain said in a 声明.
