Paralympics 組織者s 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 ロシアのs and Belarusians from 開始 and の近くにing 儀式s in Paris
BONN, Germany (AP) - ロシアの and Belarusian 競技者s were 閉めだした Wednesday from marching in this year's Paralympics 開会式 in Paris, even if they are 認可するd to compete as 中立のs.
The International Paralympic 委員会 始める，決める 限界s on 競技者s from the two countries which are 厳格な人 than those 詳細（に述べる）d by the International Olympic 委員会 for the Paris Games that open one month earlier. The IOC in December decided against a 一面に覆う／毛布 禁止（する） of ロシアの and Belarusian 競技者s over the 侵略 of ウクライナ共和国.
"As the 競技者s will 参加する in an individual and 中立の capacity, they will not march in the 開始 儀式 on Aug. 28 or have a 旗 持参人払いの at the の近くにing 儀式 on Sept. 8" the IPC said.
At the Paris Olympics, ロシアの and Belarusian 競技者s 認可するd as 中立のs - first by 治める／統治するing 団体／死体s of individual sports, then in その上の vetting overseen by the IOC - can 参加する the July 26 開会式. That 儀式 is 始める，決める to be a parade of boats on the River Seine toward the Eiffel Tower.
The Paralympics and Olympics have 概して the same 基準 for 競技者s to be 認可するd as 中立のs - that they have not 活発に supported the war, and are not tied to the 軍の and 国家の 安全 機関s in Russia and Belarus.
The IPC has 以前 taken a tougher stand on Russia than the IOC.

The ロシアの team was 除外するd from the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Paralympics in fallout from a スキャンダル of 明言する／公表する-支援するd 麻薬ing and cover-ups. The IOC let almost 300 ロシアのs compete at the Rio Olympics.
