US 公式の/役人 says Boeing hasn't turned over 記録,記録的な/記録するs about work on the パネル盤 that blew off a ジェット旅客機

Boeing and the 国家の Transportation Safety Board argued Wednesday over whether the company has 協力するd with 捜査官/調査官s looking into the blowout of a door-plug パネル盤 on one of its 計画(する)s during a flight in January.

The safety board's 議長,司会を務める, Jennifer Homendy, told a 上院 委員会 that for two months Boeing 繰り返して 辞退するd to identify 従業員s who work on door パネル盤s on Boeing 737s. 捜査官/調査官s want to interview them.

Homendy also said the company has failed to 供給する documentation about a 修理 職業 that 含むd 除去するing and reinstalling the パネル盤 on the Alaska 航空機によるs Boeing 737 Max 9 that 苦しむd the blowout - or even whether Boeing kept 記録,記録的な/記録するs.

"It's absurd that two months later we don't have that," Homendy said. "Without that (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状), that raises 関心s about 質 保証/確信, 質 管理/経営, safety 管理/経営 systems" at Boeing.

すぐに after the 上院 審理,公聴会 ended, Boeing 答える/応じるd that it gave the NTSB the 指名するs of all 従業員s who work on 737 doors - and had 以前 株d some of them with 捜査官/調査官s.

"早期に in the 調査, we 供給するd the NTSB with 指名するs of Boeing 従業員s, 含むing door specialists, who we believed would have 関連した (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状)," a company 広報担当者 said in a 声明. "We have now 供給するd the 十分な 名簿(に載せる)/表(にあげる) of individuals on the 737 door team, in 返答 to a 最近の request."

It is still not (疑いを)晴らす whether Boeing kept 記録,記録的な/記録するs about who 除去するd the plug - a パネル盤 that takes the place of extra 緊急 doors when those doors are not 要求するd - on the Alaska 計画(する) last September.

"If the door plug 除去 was undocumented there would be no documentation to 株," Boeing said.

Boeing has been under 増加するing scrutiny since the Jan. 5 出来事/事件 in which a パネル盤 that plugged a space left for an extra 緊急 door blew off an Alaska 航空機によるs Max 9. 操縦するs were able to land 安全に, and there were no 傷害s.

In a 予選 報告(する)/憶測 last month, the NTSB said four bolts that help keep the door plug in place were 行方不明の after the パネル盤 was 除去するd so 労働者s could 修理 nearby 損失d rivets last September. The rivet 修理s were done by 請負業者s working for Boeing 供給者 Spirit AeroSystems, but the NTSB still does not know who 除去するd and 取って代わるd the door パネル盤, Homendy said Wednesday.

Homendy said Boeing has a 25-member team led by a 経営者/支配人, but Boeing has 拒絶する/低下するd repeated requests for their 指名するs. The 経営者/支配人 of the team is on 医療の leave and unavailable, and 安全-camera (映画の)フィート数 that might have shown who 除去するd the パネル盤 was erased and 記録,記録的な/記録するd over 30 days later, she said.

"We need to get this 権利," Cantwell said. "We need to help with the 調査 so we can find out what in our system needs to be 改善するd."

The 連邦の 航空 行政 recently gave Boeing 90 days to say how it will 答える/応じる to 質-支配(する)/統制する 問題/発行するs raised by the 機関 and a パネル盤 of 産業 and 政府 専門家s. The パネル盤 設立する problems in Boeing's safety culture にもかかわらず 改良s made after two Max 8 jets 衝突,墜落d in 2018 and 2019, 殺人,大当り 346 people.
