共和国の／共和党の-passed 法案 除去するs 役割 of Democratic 知事 if 上院 vacancy occurs in Kentucky
FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky 国会議員s gave final 是認 Thursday to a 法案 stripping the 明言する／公表する's Democratic 知事 of any 役割 in 選ぶing someone to 占領する a U.S. 上院 seat if a vacancy occurred in the home 明言する／公表する of 82-year-old 上院 共和国の／共和党の leader Mitch McConnell.
The 法律制定 calls for a special 選挙 to fill any 上院 vacancy from the Bluegrass 明言する／公表する. The special 選挙 勝利者 would 持つ／拘留する the seat for the 残りの人，物 of the unexpired 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.

Rudy has said his 法案 would 扱う／治療する a 上院 vacancy like that of a vacancy for a congressional or 法律を制定する seat in Kentucky - by 持つ／拘留するing a special 選挙 to fill the seat. The 法案 含むs an 緊急 条項, meaning it would 施行される すぐに if 制定するd into 法律.
