Pistorius wails while 解任するing 狙撃
PRETORIA, South Africa (AP) ― A subdued Oscar Pistorius on Tuesday 述べるd dinner at home, chatting and looking at 独房 phone photos with Reeva Steenkamp on the last night of her life. Then he 爆発するd in anguished howls and heaving sobs while 証言するing at his 殺人 裁判，公判 about the moments when he says he realized he 発射 his girlfriend through a の近くにd 洗面所 door.
The shocking spectacle of what appeared to be a tormented man 最高潮の場面d the 演劇 of Pistorius' inspirational rise and sudden 落ちる. The South African 二塁打-amputee 走者 逮捕（する）d the world's attention when he 首尾よく fought for 許可 to run in the 2012 Olympics on his 炭素-繊維 prostheses. The very next year, he was 直面するing 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s for 殺人，大当り the woman he said he loved.
The 法廷，裁判所 in Pretoria, the South African 資本／首都, 延期，休会するd because of the 星／主役にする 競技者's 決裂／故障, ending a day in which Pistorius spoke of the loving 面s of his 関係 with Steenkamp in 証言 designed to 反対する a 起訴 picture of him as temperamental and overbearing, and then 輪郭（を描く）d his 見解／翻訳／版 of the final hours before the 狙撃.

"I sat over Reeva and I cried," Pistorius said, telling how he broke open the 立ち往生させる door in his bathroom in the 早期に hours of Feb. 14, 2013 to discover his 血まみれのd girlfriend 低迷d in the cubicle. "I don't know how long I was there for."
Pistorius has said in 声明s that he 発射 Steenkamp after mistaking her for an 侵入者 in his bathroom. Tuesday 示すd the first time he has spoken 公然と about the 詳細（に述べる）s of the 致命的な 狙撃. 検察官，検事s call Pistorius' story an intricate 嘘（をつく） and 持続する he 故意に killed his 29-year-old girlfriend, a model and reality TV show 星／主役にする, after an argument.
The 27-year-old Olympian 直面するs a life 宣告，判決 with a 最小限 of 25 years before 仮釈放（する） if 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of 謀殺. The 裁判官, Thokozile Masipa, will 配達する the 判決 because South Africa does not have a 陪審／陪審員団 system.
Pistorius has often shown emotion while listening to 証言 since the 裁判，公判 began March 3, burying his 長，率いる in his 手渡すs, weeping and even vomiting on a couple of occasions. Tuesday's 爆発 on the 証人席 was his most demonstrative, and it 軍隊d a 簡潔な／要約する 調整／景気後退. Pistorius didn't stand up when the 裁判官 left, and also started to wail as he sl umped in his seat. His brother and sister went over to 慰安 him. After a while he left the courtroom through a 味方する door, still crying.
When Masipa returned, she ended 訴訟／進行s for the day. Pistorius had by that time come 支援する, jaw clenched, to the 証言，証人／目撃する box. He was composed when he left the 法廷，裁判所 and walked to a waiting 乗り物. The 裁判，公判 was to 再召集する on Wednesday.
Led by 弁護 lawyer Barry Roux for the second day of his 証言, the 走者 供給するd more 詳細（に述べる） about his timeline of events 主要な up to the 狙撃. He said the couple had dinner about 7 p.m. and later sat chatting in the bedroom with the television on, and that Steenkamp showed him some photographs on her phone. He said he fell asleep between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. and woke up 早期に the next morning.
At that point, he said, Steenkamp asked him: "Can't you sleep?"
'"No, I can't,'" Pistorius said he replied. Then he said stepped out to the balcony to get fans, and when he returned to the darkened bedroom he heard a noise from the bathroom.
"That's the moment that everything changed," Pistorius 証言するd.
Pistorius said he felt fearful and 攻撃を受けやすい as he moved to the bathroom, walking only on his stumps because he had 除去するd his prosthetic 脚s before going to bed. He said he was 叫び声をあげるing for Steenkamp to call the police.
"I wasn't sure if someone was going to come out the 洗面所 and attack me," he said. He also 証言するd he heard a door 激突する, which he said he took as "確定／確認" that there was an 侵入者 in the bathroom, and 解雇する／砲火／射撃d four 発射s at the 洗面所 cubicle with his 9 mm ピストル.
After the 発射s, Pistorius said, he searched for Steenkamp in his bedroom, patting the bed where he says he thought she was in the dark, searching on the 床に打ち倒す next to it where he thought she might be hiding, and also behind the curtains.
"It was at that point ... that it first 夜明けd on me that maybe it was Reeva in the 洗面所," Pistorius said. He said he 叫び声をあげるd for help.
Neighbors of Pistorius who were called by the 起訴 have 証言するd that they heard a woman's terrified 叫び声をあげるs before and during what they thought were 射撃s. Some also said they thought they heard a man's 発言する／表明する. The 弁護 has 示唆するd that the neighbors heard only Pistorius 叫び声をあげるing and not a woman.
In earlier 証言 Tuesday, Pistorius 否定するd three other 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against him relating to 解雇する／砲火／射撃ing a gun in public on two occasions, and 不法所持 of 弾薬／武器.
He said he wasn't to 非難する for a 発射 going off in a busy Johannesburg restaurant because a friend 手渡すd him an "危険な" gun with a 弾丸 in the 議会 under the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する. He also said he wasn't 有罪の of 不法に 所有するing .38-caliber 弾薬／武器 in his home because he was 保管 it for his father and he had no 意向 to use it.
Pistorius was born without fibula bones because of a congenital defect, and his 脚s were amputated when he was 11 months old. He ran on 炭素-繊維 blades and is a 多重の Paralympic メダル受領者. He competed at the London Olympics but didn't 勝利，勝つ a メダル.
In a 劇の scene before the packed courtroom Tuesday, Pistorius left 簡潔に at one point to change out of his dark 控訴 and into a white shirt and shorts, 類似の to the 着せる／賦与するs he was wearing when he killed Steenkamp.
