As a result of the 合法的な limbo, 検察官，検事s have been unable to 追求する the contempt 事例／患者, and the 政府 has been unable to 国外追放する him.
The Associated 圧力（をかける） 報告（する）／憶測d last month that the five-year limbo is a rarity in 犯罪の 事例／患者s and even more unusual in the Eastern 地区 of Virginia, known as the "ロケット／急騰する Docket" for its swift disposition of 事例／患者s.
検察官，検事s moved Friday to 減少（する） the 事例／患者, and U.S. 裁判官 Anthony Trenga quickly followed 控訴 with a formal order of 解雇／（訴訟の）却下. It was not すぐに （疑いを）晴らす why Trenga 解任するd the 事例／患者 instead of Brinkema.

Al-Arian's lawyer, Jonathan Turley, wrote in a blog 地位，任命する tha t "(o)bviously, we have been 捜し出すing this result for years."
