Puerto Rico gov 誓約(する)s new plebiscite on status

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) ― Puerto Rico Gov. Alejandro Garcia Padilla said Wednesday that he will 持つ/拘留する a new plebiscite by 2016 to decide the 未来 of the island's political status.

Garcia also said that his Popular Democratic Party is working on a 鮮明度/定義 for the 高めるd 連邦/共和国 status it supports.
