US: Russia 侵害する／違反するd 1987 核の ミサイル 条約
WASHINGTON (AP) ― In an escalation of 緊張s, the Obama 行政 （刑事）被告 Russia on Monday of 行為／行うing 実験（する）s in 違反 of a 1987 核の ミサイル 条約, calling the 違反 "a very serious 事柄" and going public with 主張s that have simmered for some time.
The 条約 対決 comes at a 高度に 緊張するd time between 大統領 Barack Obama and ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin over Russia's 介入 in ウクライナ共和国 and Putin's 認める of 亡命 to 国家の 安全 機関 leaker Edward Snowden.
