弁護 to 監督する plagiarism 調査（する）
HELENA, Mont. (AP) ― The Department of 弁護 has taken the unusual step of 監督するing a plagiarism 調査 存在 行為／行うd by the U.S. Army War College against Sen. John Walsh because the Montana 民主党員 is a member of 議会, the college's provost said Tuesday.
The department will review the 推薦s of the school's academic review board, Provost Lance Betros said.
Army Col. Steve 過密な住居, a 米国防総省 広報担当者, said Tuesday the 決定／判定勝ち（する） on whether 罰 is 令状d against Walsh will be made by Maj. Gen. William Rapp, the commandant of the U.S. Army War College.

It may be a bit uncommon, but it's not 前例のない for the 軍の services to ask the 視察官 general to take a look at an 調査 to ge t a second 見解（をとる） and make sure that all 合法的な 手続きs were followed, he said.
The college referred the 事例／患者 to its five-member academic review board after a New York Times story last week showed Walsh used others' work without attribution in a 2007 研究 paper 要求するd for a master's degree.

The college also will 行為／行う a review of its 手続きs and 内部の 支配（する）／統制するs in the wake of the Walsh 主張s. "These are 高度に 有能な and competent people," he said. "We assume they are people of high 栄誉（を受ける）."
