Israeli group とじ込み／提出するs war 罪，犯罪s （人命などを）奪う，主張する against Hamas
JERUSALEM (AP) ― An イスラエル-based 権利s organization とじ込み／提出するd a war 罪，犯罪s （民事の）告訴 against the 最高の，を越す leader of the Islamic 交戦的な group Hamas at the 国際刑事警察機構 法廷，裁判所 on Wednesday for 遂行する／発効させるing Palestinians without 裁判，公判 during the Gaza war this summer.
The Shurat HaDin 法律 中心 とじ込み／提出するd the war 罪，犯罪s （民事の）告訴 against Khaled Mashaal, who leads Gaza's 判決，裁定 Hamas group from 追放する.

"Mashaal is a Jordanian 国民 and Jordan is a member of the ICC," Nitsana Darshan-Leitner of the Shurat HaDin イスラエル 法律 中心 said. "The ICC is 権力を与えるd to 演習 its 裁判権 over all 行為／法令／行動する s committed by the 国民 of a member, wherever those 行為／法令／行動するs are committed."
Darshan-Leitner's group 以前 has won courtroom victories against Iran, Syria and others for supporting Palestinian 交戦的なs that killed 非軍事のs in 爆破s and other attacks.
But an ICC 事例／患者 appears to be a long 発射. Even if the 法廷，裁判所 受託するd it, there would have to be a 予選 examination and only later a 十分な 調査, if it ever were to get that far.
The Al Majd website, which is の近くに to the Hamas 安全 services, said 21 "協力者s" were killed. A Gaza 権利s group said it was at least 24. While the Israeli advocacy group put the number at 38.
