Britain 嘆く／悼むs 殺害された 人質; another under 脅し
LONDON (AP) ― Now it's Britain's turn to 嘆く／悼む.
British 援助（する） 労働者 David Haines has been beheaded ― like two American 新聞記者／雑誌記者s before him ― and the Islamic 明言する／公表する group is 脅すing to kill a fourth 捕虜.
A grisly ビデオ 解放（する）d by the group showing Haines' 団体／死体 both mocks the West and raises the 圧力 on Western leaders. It 結論するs with a death 脅し against British 人質 Alan Henning, shown in the same 肉親，親類d of orange jumpsuit the other three were wearing when they were killed.

総理大臣 David Cameron 賞賛するd the 44-year-old Haines on Sunday as a British hero, and his family asked that he be remembered for 充てるing his life to helping 非軍事のs caught in deadly 衝突s.
Haines is the third 西部の人／西洋人 beheaded in 最近の weeks by the Islamic 明言する／公表する group, which has 掴むd large parts of Syria and Iraq and, によれば Cameron, 提起する／ポーズをとるs a "大規模な" 脅し to the 残り／休憩（する） of the Middle East.
"They are 殺人，大当り and 虐殺（する）ing thousands of people ― Christians, イスラム教徒s, 少数，小数派s across Iraq and Syria," Cameron said after an 緊急 会合 with 軍の and 安全 長，指導者s.
"They 誇る of their brutality. They （人命などを）奪う，主張する to do this in the 指名する of Islam. That is nonsense. Islam is a 宗教 of peace. They are not イスラム教徒s, they are monsters," he said.
Cameron said the group is planning attacks against Britain and the 残り／休憩（する） of Europe, and that Britain has to step up its counterterrorism 成果／努力s.
Britain will support U.S. 軍の 成果／努力s against the Islamic 明言する／公表する group by using British 軍隊s to help with 兵たん業務 and 知能 集会, he said, but will not send ground 軍隊／機動隊s.
Cameron also raised the prospect that the 黒人／ボイコット-覆う？, knife （権力などを）行使するing Islamic 明言する／公表する 極端論者 on the ビデオ ― who speaks with an East London accent ― may in fact be a British man who has joined the テロリストs.
"People across this country will have been sickened by the fact it could have been a British 国民 ― a British 国民 who carried out this unspeakable 行為／法令／行動する," he said.
The tall, masked 人物／姿／数字 in the ビデオ appears to be the same man who appeared in earlier ビデオs 発表するing the 殺人，大当りs of Americans James Foley and Steven Sotloff.
The ビデオ opens with （映画の）フィート数 of Cameron 非難するing the Islamic 明言する／公表する group. The man with the knife then appears and 非難するs Britain's support of U.S. 活動／戦闘 against the group and says the 捕虜 must 支払う／賃金 with his life.
The Islamic 明言する／公表する group's ビデオs have all followed a 類似の script, with the 極端論者 dressed in 黒人／ボイコット ― only his 注目する，もくろむs 明白な ― and the 犠牲者 dressed in an orange jumpsuit. They are in a 砂漠 landscape with no obvious identifying 目印s.
Each has also 含むd a 脅し against another 捕虜 簡潔に shown on camera.
Britain's Foreign Office 最初 asked the 圧力（をかける） not to identify Henning as the 捕虜 shown on camera, but it dropped this request Sunday with his family's 是認. The family also 分配するd a photo of Henning.
The death of Haines 拡大するs the group's on-camera 犠牲者s beyond 新聞記者／雑誌記者s to 含む international 援助（する） 労働者s.
His brother, マイク Haines, said David approached his 人道的な work with boundless enthusiasm.
"He helped whoever needed help, 関わりなく race, creed or 宗教," he said.
David Haines was kidnapped in Syria in March 2013 while working for the French 援助（する） group 機関 for Technical 協調 and 開発, or ACTED, to help 犠牲者s of the fighting.
He had also worked for groups such as 障害（者） International, which helps the 無能にするd during 衝突s, and Nonviolent Peaceforce, which sends 非武装の （国連の）平和維持軍s into 衝突 zones. He had 以前 been in Libya during its civil war, 同様に as South Sudan.
Frederic Roussel, 長，率いる of 開発 for ACTED, said the group is carefully 査定する／（税金などを）課すing the 安全 of its staff in different countries. It already has told its international staff not to go into Syria because of the danger.
マイク Haines said his brother had also worked for the 国際連合 in the Balkans "helping people in real need."
The leader of Bosnia's Islamic Community, Husein Kavazovic, 勧めるd fellow イスラム教徒s to "show 解決する to stop the 殺害者s." He said Haines' family can be proud of his 遺産／遺物.
Haines had a teenage daughter in Scotland from a previous marriage and a 4-year-old daughter in Croatia with his 現在の wife, Dragana.
British 公式の／役人s kept news of Haines' 誘拐 out of the public 注目する，もくろむ for 安全 推論する／理由s until the Islamic 明言する／公表する group showed him in a ビデオ nearly two weeks ago.
His family members had pleaded with his captors Friday to 接触する them. The family said the 極端論者s had ignored earlier 試みる／企てるs to open communications.

"It also once again 論証する s the brutality of ISIL, which is 責任がある thousands of 乱用s against the Syrian and Iraqi people," it said.

There needs to be "国祭的な agreed 活動／戦闘 to 効果的に stop the flow of 闘士，戦闘機s and money," he said.
Australian 総理大臣 Tony Abbott said his country is 準備するing to 与える／捧げる 600 軍隊／機動隊s and up to 10 軍の 航空機 to the （選挙などの）運動をする against the Islamic 明言する／公表する 極端論者s. Abbott said Australia was 答える／応じるing to a formal request from the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs for 明確な／細部 出資／貢献s to the international 連合.
