居住(者)s 現れる in 爆撃する-shocked Ukrainian city

LUHANSK, ウクライナ共和国 (AP) ― The 衝突-wracked eastern ウクライナ共和国 city of Luhansk, much of which has been without water and electricity for more than a month, had a rare day of jubilation Sunday as 反逆者/反逆する 闘士,戦闘機s paraded 軍の 乗り物s victoriously through city streets.

In the other 地域の 資本/首都 of Donetsk, the city 会議 said Sunday that 爆撃する 攻撃する,衝突する two 居住の 近隣s 近づく a 政府-held airport. 政府 軍隊/機動隊s repelled an attack at the airport by about 200 闘士,戦闘機s during 夜通し, and there were no 軍の 死傷者s, Ukrainian 国家の 安全 and 弁護 会議 広報担当者 Volodymyr Polyovyi told 新聞記者/雑誌記者s.

A 停戦 取引,協定, 課すd on Sept. 5, has been riddled by 違反s from the start, and 爆発s still (犯罪の)一味 out daily in Donetsk. But in some towns, the 拒絶する/低下する in fighting has 許すd for a return to some 肉親,親類d of normalcy, as 爆撃する-shocked 居住(者)s 現れる from the 地階s where they hid from 爆撃する for weeks and come to 支配するs with the 損失 incurred by nearly five months of fighting.

調印するs of life are 徐々に returning to Luhansk, which was 砲撃するd by 爆撃する from Ukrainian 軍隊s for weeks as they 試みる/企てるd to uproot 分離主義者 反逆者/反逆するs operating in the city.

Luhansk's 全住民 of about 250,000 people, 減ずるd because of the war, 現れるd to celebrate "city day" on Sunday, which opened on a somber 公式文書,認める as priests led hundreds of 居住(者)s in 祈り in 記念 of those killed during a 政府-機動力のある 包囲 of the city.

Speaking at the open-空気/公表する service by the Mother of 悲しみs Church, 地元の 分離主義者 leader Igor Plotnitsky 嘆く/悼むd those that had been killed and in an 異常に 懐柔的な public 声明 called for forgiveness for those responsible.

Around much of Luhansk, 粉砕するd windows, 燃やすd-out buildings and 噴火口,クレーターs in the road are 証言 to a frequently imprecise 爆撃する (選挙などの)運動をする.

Across the road from the 地域の 軍の enlistment office, now transformed into the (警察,軍隊などの)本部 of the 反逆者/反逆する Zarya 大隊, the roof of a multistory apartment building was 洞穴d in from a direct strike.

損失 to basic 組織/基盤/下部構造 has left much of the city without 力/強力にする and running water since 早期に August.

Under a scratched-out 調印する reading "Strong ウクライナ共和国," men in 偽装する 手渡すd out chocolate, drinking water, soap, 洗面所 paper, diapers and other basic 必要物/必要条件s to a large (人が)群がる of 居住(者)s 根気よく waiting in line. At a nearby (米)棚上げする/(英)提議する, war 退役軍人s were 注ぐd complimentary 発射s of vodka.

As the men in 疲労,(軍の)雑役s 手渡すd out wares, their guns lay nearby, some propped up against the 塀で囲む.

A 反逆者/反逆する 公式の/役人, a Muscovite who gave his 指名する only as the nom de guerre Makhra, told The Associated 圧力(をかける) that the 援助(する) was from Russia.

"People have gone hungry here for almost two months. We decided to celebrate 'city day,'" he said. "In a few days, 力/強力にする and water should be turned 支援する on. So people are 存在 given hygiene 製品s so they can 適切に 料金d themselves."

The goods 配達するd the day before 含むd まず第一に/本来 canned meat and fish, rice and water.

Lilya Miroschenkovo, a 73-year old retiree waiting in line, said she hasn't received her 年金 since May and has had to make do since then with her last 月毎の 支払い(額) of just $85.

< p>"It is a good thing that vegetables were more or いっそう少なく affordable this year," she said. "Meat, sausages, oil ― I have bought nothing like that. It is just vegetables in one soup after another."

As 譲歩するd by even one 分離主義者 闘士,戦闘機, 初めは from the Crimean 半島 now 別館d by Russia, support for the 武装した 反逆者/反逆する movement has been far from 全世界の/万国共通の in Luhansk.

"In Crimea, everybody 手配中の,お尋ね者 to leave ウクライナ共和国 and 再結合させる Russia," said the 闘士,戦闘機, who identified himself by the nom de guerre Maestro.

"Many people come to us and ask: 'When will the war end?'" he said, while sitting 頂上に an 装甲の 職員/兵員 運送/保菌者.

"Our answer is always the same," he said. "As soon as you get ... off the couch, stop swilling beer and go fight instead."
