Mexican 大統領，／社長's 投票s 落ちる to 近づく-記録，記録的な／記録する lows
MEXICO CITY (AP) ― New 投票s published Monday show 是認 ratings for Mexican 大統領 Enrique Pena Nieto 落ちるing to some of the lowest levels in 最近の memory.
Just nine months after Pena Nieto appeared on the cover of Time magazine with the headline "Saving Mexico," スキャンダルs and crises have 押し進めるd his 是認 率ing 負かす／撃墜する to around 40 パーセント.
It's one of the lowest levels for a Mexican 大統領，／社長 since Ernesto Zedillo 統括するd over the 1994-1995 経済的な 危機.
A Buendia & Laredo 投票 for the El 全世界の／万国共通の newspaper showed Pena Nieto's 是認 率ing 落ちるing from 46 パーセント in August to 41 パーセント in November, with a 利ざや of error of 3.1 百分率 points. A 投票 by the Reforma newspaper showed 是認 dropping from 50 パーセント in August to 39 パーセント in late November. It had a 利ざや of error of 3.5 百分率 points.
Francisco Abundis, director of the Parametria 投票ing 会社／堅い, said his company's 人物／姿／数字s showed Pena Nieto with a 類似の 是認 率ing of 44 パーセント, and 公式文書，認めるd that was low for a Mexican 大統領，／社長. "It's very difficult for them (Mexican 大統領，／社長s) to 落ちる below 55 or 60 パーセント."

"What we have is a 大統領，／社長 who is stuck in the high to low 40s ... but there is no 傾向," Abundis said.
Political 顧問 Ruben Aguilar, who served as 広報担当者 for former 大統領，／社長 Vicente Fox, said the 見えなくなる in September of 43 students in the southern 明言する／公表する of Guerrero played a 部分的な／不平等な 役割 in the 大統領，／社長's low 是認 ratings. But when events like 集まり 見えなくなるs or 死刑執行s occur, the 政府 ― which had long downplayed 暴力／激しさ ― was caught flat-footed. "This appears to be an 行政 with a lot of 技術 ... for things that are in their game 計画（する）, but an 行政 that 反応するs 不正に and slowly to 予期しない events that aren't in its 計画（する）s," Aguilar said.
In a way, it's not surprising that Pena Nieto isn't lower; he was elected with only 38.15 パーセント of the 投票（する） in a three-way race. Mexico has no runoff 選挙s. And for many other major leaders, like U.S. 大統領 Barack Obama, 是認 ratings in the low 40s have become the norm.
Abundis said Mexicans 一般に appear to try n ot to be 消極的な in answering 世論調査員s' questions: "It's for unusual for a Mexican to give a flunking grade to an 当局 人物／姿／数字."
