裁判官: Clerks have 義務 to 問題／発行する same-sex marriage licenses
MIAMI (AP) ― A 連邦の 裁判官 says that Florida's 郡 法廷，裁判所 clerks have a 合法的な 義務 to 問題／発行する marriage licenses to same-sex couples, but he has stopped short of ordering them to do so.
